We ordered twice on the Sunday. I had to go back to get my husband a fresh burger to take home. The first time we were there. It was a dream we got the best burgers of our lifetime really his second time the new shift came on and the kid didn’t care what he put on there. I ordered everything on the burger and he just closed it up and smiled at me. I went in the car looked at the burger and it was just a plain when inside the other guys try to do it, right But I had to leave other than that the first time around it would’ve been a five star

Noticed in the newspaper that this store close to me got a perfect inspection rating by authorities on its opening. So I thought I would try it out.
And indeed it was hyper clean.
Hyper friendly too, each and every person I dealt with there. Brand new location, so the order taker needed a little coaching from the manager to answer my question and to input my order correctly, but they did it with such a happy spirit that that was almost welcome.
My sandwich was tasty. I did notice (as I have with other stores in this brand around the country) that it can be pricey.
$12.28 before tip for a simple patty melt and iced tea, no fries. That might keep me from being a regular as much as I otherwise would be, but I still will go back some because it was so nice, clean, and, especially, friendly.

First time in here. Total for one burger and a mountain of fries was 16$. Quality way higher then other fast food places for just about 3$ more and I don’t like soda anyway. If chilis and applebees didn’t have better deals I may stop by 5 guys more often for work lunch. Nice for once in a while, the burger toppings were the star of the show

10/10 experience today. Amazing customer service and a perfectly cooked burger with a huge load of fries. The cashier was great helped me decide on what to get with reccomendations all with the best most upbeat attitude. I ordered at 4:33pm on 10/20. He needs to be in a management position. Highly reccomend all around amazing experience

Great as always. We were pretty pumped to get this in our city. I love 5 guys but driving 20-30 minutes to get to it wasn’t feasible. Now it’s just 5 minutes away.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just called this location because they messed up my order and one of their line cooks wrote my name down and promised that I can come back and get a new burger being that I paid almost $15. Well, I called today and the manager said that they don’t honor that and that they’ll train their employees better. I’ll never come back to this location again. Ruined my lunch.

It is one of the better fast food restaurants, especially when you want a burger. Just remember; their burger is a double pattie. If you only want a single patties, get the “Little Burger.” They also have free salted, roasted peanuts. Added protein, I suppose.
