So overall the restaurant is beautiful. It has beautiful lighting. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant is very tight, and hard to move around in. I am not a huge fan of being able to go in, and get your items out of the glass on your own simply due to potential hygiene issues. Myself and husband got 2 cake slices, and 2 donuts. They were delicious. The customer service was good, but could have been better.

Everything is delicious! Dylan was super helpful and kind. I wish there was more seating inside because I know it’ll be popular, but the outdoor seating area is huge so that’s a big bonus. I had a cherry and cheese danish, ham & cheese pastry, and the January special salted caramel pretzel latte.

I ordered from them twice. Yesterday and today both times my drink was filled under half/half. And neither times did I get a refund for the order. Initially I didn’t want to post a bad review because I’m a Paris baguette loyalist and support all of their locations across Georgia, however this location is by far the worst. I even tried to contact their customer service email rather than post a review and have yet to receive a response from YESTERDAY. It’s disappointing because I’ve spent over $50 on this business and they’ve done nothing to support their customers in return. It baffles me that this was an issue after I tried to contact management about it yesterday! It really goes to show that they have no interest in business or growing their customer base! It’s not worth spending your money here and honestly the owners just looking to waste your money and time.

Incredible Coffee, Pastries, mochi donuts, fresh bread, matcha tea, cheesecake, rainbow cake, and on and on. Everything tastes great and our servers were all so nice and accommodating. Although it has been a bit busy each time i came, it was worth it and no place in Athens, Ga. Comes close!

I have been to other branches of Paris Baguette in other states before. I really love the self serve style for their pastries. Their pastries are always delicious, I especially love their mochi donuts. They also have really great lattes as well. It is a very nice place to sit down inside or outside and visit or study. I certainly recommend coming here.

Such an adorable place with delightful pastries and savory sandwiches. I had their Iced Matcha Latte and it was delicious. I also placed a large catering order for my work “Galentine’s Day” party and everything was a huge hit! Will definitely be back soon.

HUGE shoutout to Paris Baguette for their incredible generosity during the snowstorm! They delivered a ton of amazing pastries to employees working at St Mary’s Hospital, and it made a tough situation so much better. Delicious food and even better hearts. Highly recommend supporting them!

We came around 7:30 PM and didn’t receive our two slices of cake until about 8:10 PM. It wasn’t very busy — there were only about 2–4 other customers while we were waiting — but we kept seeing orders placed after ours being served first.
After a while, we had to get back in line just to get someone’s attention. Once the cashier spoke to the employee handling desserts, she slowly prepared our order and even seemed confused about who the cakes were for, despite us having already been waiting a long time.
Then asked “two slices of cake” another lady was waiting so she raised her hand, my sister told her it was ours “ red velvet with the strawberry cake!” the lady held the cake box back and replied to my sister “two cakes just for you?” i was behind her so i popped up and said “no for both of us we have been waiting for ever”
The desserts themselves were great (we got red velvet and strawberry cake), and we’ve been here before without any issues. That’s why this experience was disappointing — the service just didn’t match the quality of the desserts this time.
