The service at the Jersey Mike’s in Oro Valley today (Saturday around noon) was excellent. Even with the busy lunch rush, everything moved fast and smoothly.
One of the managers, Jared, was working and he always goes above and beyond — quick, friendly, and he makes every sandwich taste amazing, The food taste different when he’s working. He knows so many customers by name, and plenty of people clearly know him too.
This location is lucky to have him. Highly recommend stopping by when he’s running the line!

I absolutely love the subs at this place. And they’re usually quick at the locations I frequent. However, we places an order online because we were in a bit of a hurry and didn’t want to wait. Ticket said it would be ready at 6:01. I was STILL waiting for my take out order at 6:15. Two people even came in after me and got their orders before the employees finished making my online order!
Probably won’t visit the oro valley location again…

Stopped by Jersey Mike’s today and I have to say the employees working were absolutely awesome! They were super friendly, worked quickly, and still managed to make the sandwiches perfectly! What stood out most was how welcoming they were—it felt like they actually enjoyed what they were doing and cared about the customers. It’s not often you walk into a place and leave smiling just from the service alone, but that’s exactly what happened here!! Definitely appreciate the great energy and customer service!

A very good sandwich shop with a very clean store and very friendly employees. I moved back to Arizona from the northeast and love a good sub sandwich. I find these to be among the best. I’ve only ever had one sandwich from here that I didn’t like, while all the rest have been spectacular.
Everything is made to order, employees are always friendly, and the store is always clean. This is definitely a restaurant a step above the competition.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up. Waited 20 mins even thought I showed up when it said it would be ready. Not a big deal they were a bit busy. I got my order and left. I paid for two sandwiches #13 and a #11 and between the two sandwiches had less the 3 oz of meat. I piece of VERY thinly sliced meat and cheese on both sandwiches. Totally over priced for what you get. A GM needs to QC this store because it’s one of the worst JM in the area. We will not return to this store again solely due to the quality of the food.

I had horrible experience. They put soooo many jalepenos. The photo shows how much there was on half of HALF of the sub. When I called the manger was so condescending and made me fell like I was in the wrong. So messed up. I can deal with the bad sandwich but own up to your mistakes. What a total jerk. It was the manger on 1/6/25 at 530pm. He needs to be dealt with.
