We moved here recently and I was hesitant to try this BK after some of the reviews I saw. I went around 5:30pm Friday today. Got the Maple Bourbon Whopper customized with pickles and mayo, a fry, coke zero, and apple pie. Everything tasted like it was made fresh. The presentation on the burger was great and it was well made and they actually got the customizations right. The person who greeted me was super friendly. The ONLY thing I can somewhat confirm from the negative reviews are that they aren’t super fast. They aren’t slow either. But that extra minute of wait time shows in the quality they put out and is well worth it. Give them a try.

I ordered a #1 and #3 meal tonight. The employees were not pleasant. They were laughing, joking, and playing behind the counter near the window and grill. More specifically while waiting another employee informed her other employees that there was a order that needed to be done. The response ” They can wait, they aren’t starving,”. Excuse me? I did record and take a picture of the girls involved due to the way their behavior was. I truly hope the manager handles this accordingly.

They make your food fresh and it may take a short amount of time but it’s way quicker than the other burger place that charges way more for smaller portions.

Not very busy at all, yet took 20+ minutes to order my food and receive my food. Far from fast food, I got an ice cream a rodeo burger and a value drink. I get the cup of ice cream and I see there is gunk n stuff on the rim of the cup, the young lady then informs me very dismissively and jokingly that “it’s probably Oreo” why dose my brand new cup have anything on it at all…? Was this cup used for scooping Oreos? Why is it crusty n dry ? She then laughingly say do you want a new cup mind you I had already waited 20+ minutes.. I would rather throw this one away than wait even longer. Just terrible service I’m sorry for expecting a clean unused cup when I get something. I’ve been to Burger King on west Ave in Jackson during lunch rush and it takes no where near that long to order and get my food. I mean come on.. hopefully Carrol llc will see this n make some changes immediately as it stands now my household will no longer eat at this location, at least McDonald’s serves clean cups and is fairly quick.. overall terrible experience 0 out of 5..

Ordered on the app. Showed up 10 minutes after the time they stated. Watched these people sit here, talk and bs with each other with a line outside and no one inside. Order should’ve been ready at 5:31pm its 550 and I’m still waiting in the lobby. Don’t waste your time here. Whoever owns this place needs to figure it out.

Not 1 person spoke to me until they handed me my cold, old food. I get that out was busy but almost 20 minutes to be handed food that I threw away is unacceptable. Nobody seemed to care when I said the Dr pepper in the lobby is empty. This is an update. Still terrible, 7 years later

I love Burger King far above McDonald’s. The lines are always shorter, I can get through the drive thru faster The parking lot is not always jam packed. AND I like the food better. I love a flame broiled Whopper Jr and onion rings. Plus they offer carbonated water as a alternate to pop. ➕ ➕ ➕

They’re always out of something, so much so that with mobile orders they’re no longer telling you that they’re out of something. They just replace it with something completely random without bringing it to your attention or asking if there’s something else you’d like.
