Chipotle Mexican Grill with a super friendly staff and quick turnaround on orders. Honestly, other Chipotle locations should take a page out of this one’s playbook when it comes to staff warmth and efficiency behind the line. That said, the ordered items were a bit lighter in portion compared to other locations, and the chips were borderline stale. Still, the genuinely warm reception and upbeat service almost make up for those shortcomings — service like that goes a long way.

You never go wrong with Chipotle. I think it is an easy and safe fix for when you are hungry and in a rush.

You guys literally force me to not order online, I have to physically show up to get my proper portion of food i don’t know who was there prepping orders at 5pm on August 1st, 2025. I’m usually in a rush to work so I use the mobile app to pick up my order but I’m never ordering online again from Chipotle. Y’all need to address this cause I’m not going to spend 17-19 dollars for half a portion when I can just go to pollo tropical.

Overall the food was decent here.
Over the past year I have eaten here probably 7 or 8 times.
And every time I’ve been here the store has been filthy dirty!!
There are three garbage cans and the front of the store and every time I’ve been here without fail they are overflowing with garbage!
Also every time there is food all over the countertops of the tables usually on the seats as well and of course all types of food wrappers and napkins all over the floor.
And as I look on the floor next to the cash register because that’s the only area that I can see the floor is filthy dirty covered with all kinds of food debris and other items.
There appears to be no concern whatsoever with keeping the restaurant clean very poor Management in this area!!
Another issue that I find very perplexing is the fact that both the doors on the west side and the north side have a defective return mechanism.
I’m not sure what you call the thing that attaches to the top of the door that pulls the door shut after it’s been opened but that’s what I’m referring to.
Well I’m both the doors this thing is broken so when somebody opens the door the door then slams shut and I’m surprised that the glass hasn’t broken yet!!
This is an inconvenience more than anything but it could also cause an injury to a small child or an elderly person who is caught off guard by the door slamming shut as they’re entering or exiting the facility.
And again this problem has existed at least for 6 months that I am aware of maybe more!
I find that absolutely outrageous that the manager at this facility has not addressed this problem after all this time!!

Chipotle is a good fast food spot. It’s a little pricey, but the food quality and staff service are great. The burrito bowl is a good sized portion and can be enough for two meals. The queso blanco is always a must and goes well with anything you order! You will definitely feel full that’s for sure.

This place is really bad. The server that took care of me last Sunday (10-28-25) had a horrible attitude. There was another lady with short hair that took care of my wife, and she was very nice, but in general the people that work here seem like they don’t want to work. The place is messy, food all over the place. The atmosphere is not the best either. I will not go back to this place. I will instead go to Diced on 137th Ave that offers better food, better service, and the place is much Cleanner.

Went to pick up an online order but didn’t have the confirmation on me. Cashier worker I’m assuming overwhelmed with the line showed visible frustration and gave off attitude but when I confronted her about this attitude she just kept saying she was far too busy to be waiting on me. She continued her disrespect involving other customers as I was speaking to the manager. Manager was very helpful and sympathetic. Cashier proceeded to continue to berate me as she overheard me explain my situation to someone else, even called me names. Absolutely terrible service and very poor professionalism to do all of this in front of other customers, plenty of witnesses that can corroborate my story as this is not the first time there is an issue with this particular employee

I know chipotle has gone downhill and their portion sizes over the years, but when I got this bag of chips to share with my friend, it was obviously smaller than normal. My friend who paid went up to the counter immediately after opening the bag and when they asked if we could get a bigger bag, she said we obviously ate them and then proceeded to tell all of her coworkers in front of us that we were liars who were trying to get free chips.
