Easy to order, food is pretty greasy and seems high calorie unhealthy, but lots of gluten free options at least. A little understaffed for a big group. Lots of parking and seating.

Usually, when you go into Moe‘s all the staff behind the counter welcomed you. Walked into the mall there was one guy on the grill looked at me, said absolutely nothing. I walked up to the counter because I was going to buy a cookie he still looked at me and said absolutely nothing… I just grabbed my mobile order and walked out

Visiting my son in Warrington and we stopped in at Moe’s Southwest Grill for dinner, huge surprise, loved it!!
I ordered the bowl and included the spiced rice, tofu, black beans, grated cheese, sour cream and the queso which is amazing, adding lettuce and pico de Gallo. Just amazing flavors and so enjoyed the tofu.
My son ordered the Homewrecker bowl and enjoyed every bite.
Great first visit for me.

Today’s lunch was somewhat passable. The quesadilla was decent but lacked the bold flavors I was hoping for. The chips, while crunchy, were not many of them. To top it off, there was no ice available, which made the drink less refreshing than it could have been. Additionally, the soda machine seemed to be in need of a thorough cleaning; a few sticky spots were noticeable, detracting from the overall experience.

DONT YOU EVER GO HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE!!!The customer service is terrible, with no one answering the phone and no manager on site to address any issues. I placed 5 orders but only received 1 drink, and none of the other items were delivered. The store failed to provide any meaningful assistance or support during this experience.

The evening I visited, they appeared to be understaffed, and became very flustered when a large amount of people came into the restaurant. By the time I sat down to eat, my hard shell tacos were cold and soggy. The nachos tasted like old and new were mixed together and some were stale and on the mushy side. I have never been to this location before, and I hope for their sake, that it was just a one-off, and a bad day.

I’ve eaten at Moe’s for over a decade: it is enjoyable for every age (kids, teens, & adults). For the most part, it attracts families. I love going to Moe’s now that my palate has matured, where I am more likely to branch out to new foods and flavors. It IS additionally kid-friendly m.
