When you guys first open, I remembered the donuts was super superrrrrr great!. And today I asked my hubby to grab some blue berry donuts . N these are HALF two tone ??? That pale color looked so undone cus it’s soft to the touch! And it’s 5ish pm, why would you keep these around? Super disappointed!! You shouldn’t even sell a bad batch even for minor profits. Gosh. I won’t be coming back, sorry. and the hubby told me that when he looked at the blue berry donuts thru the glass case, they face the dark side up, so he didn’t know the other side was light color! I’m like wow!!! That’s ridiculous business!

The guy with long hair tried to cheat me out of my change. I bought one donut. Paid with a $20 bill. He hands me the donut with no change. I ask for my change. He acts irritated and then opens the register to get my change. Dishonest shady people here.

We walked in, and no one was behind the counter, and then this guy appeared with a dry greeting of some sort. My daughter asked if he could mix flavors for a smoothie, and he could hear her, and they were two inches away. She repeated, “Can you mix these two flavors. Finally, he said, “Yeah,then she asked how much does it cost,” and he said the price is up there on the wall. Which prices were not stated clear for what we brought? There were a few different prices. So made the we got a blueberry muffins, when we received out total I felt over charged being that when I looked at the board I thought we were being charged $375 or 4.25, Nope $6.50, to be honest we probably would have still purchased even at the price I just stated. What I had a problem with was that he lacked customer service, not being a little friendly, and the muffin was not even fresh. This was our first visit, and more like the last, we could have just gone in the 7/11 next door and probably got better service and would’ve felt overcharged.

Honestly one of the best donut shops I’ve ever been to. They have great quality food great quality donuts. Their breakfast croissants are amazing. Coffee’s amazing. Also An amazing customer service.

Cute place nice atmosphere, however the customer service was completely lacking . Apparently they don’t care very much about who they’re serving. Who would expect an egg and cheese croissant to be cooked in pork oil. For some that may be OK, but as a Muslim American it was devastating to bite into a pork fried egg and cheese croissant sandwich Assuming it would be all good. But before all that even while ordering, I was never offered or asked how I would like my order or whether I was interested in purchasing anything else. And when I requested or asked for additional items or condiments, the lady appeared annoyed.Communication is an obvious issue over there and I hope they address it so that they can have a better relationship with their customers and potential customers.

The cashier is very nice and polite. We had the BLT Croissant, and even though it had added ingredients like cucumber and cheese, it tasted alright (with a bit too much lettuce). Prices are great, so it’s a good little stop when you need a bite.

I had the pleasure of being served by three wonderful ladies. Kathy, Lang and Zona. I’m part of a fitness team and we come by your donuts on the weekend. They always take very good care of us with excellent customer service. Kathy, Lang and Zona are the best. You have five customers for life. If they leave, we no come to White Cup Donuts anymore. Please keep them! They are very kind, sweet and friendly. Thank you for your company and maybe I can meet you in person one day.

Coffee is weak, weak, weak, unless brown water is your thing. The 7-11 next door isn’t much better. The ladies behind the counter offer prompt service. This donut shop is where I first tried a cronut. The glazed is my favourite & is the favourite of others as well, as they tend to sell out of this variety before the others.
