Blustery wet evening found this tavern not too far from our hotel. Being a week day, the place was not crowded. Hubby ordered Fish and Chips and I had the Chicken Salad. The fish was fresh and hand battered. Cooked to perfection..My salad was large. My only issue was that it was as expensive as the fish and the lettuce was iceberg instead of romaine. Overall, , a great little place for good fare.

The drinks are great and the atmosphere is fun.. It’s definitely a place that you need to stop if you’re in Westport Washington I have been coming down here for over 25 years and this is my favorite place.

The burger I ordered is a mushroom Swiss very impressed the cook definitely shows he cares through the cooking. Shitty service. Took over a hour and a half to get the food, which was ok. We had better service and food our first time here. Owner sitting at the bar while tables were dirty and customers had to sit at them because no one would clean them. We were here for 2 hours and the tables still were not cleaned. Only one bartender for a Saturday night and a football night.

Super nice super friendly very attentive make sure you have all the sauces that you need before you go if you are taking your order to go. Friendly atmosphere the people were also friendly and I was approached to several times by just random people at the bar. He went by myself and ordered a bunch of fried food chicken wings onion rings and even some fried beans green beans. It was delicious.

Fish and chips were great! Nice light batter, fish was moist, fries were not crispy, tasted like fresh, like in n out fries.
Clam chowder was a little thin but still nice and clammy

Greeted with friendly employees, area is kept clean. And food is amazing. Although be patient since they make things to order while this place gets busy. Play pool or table tennis while you wait!!
Overall a great Dive Bar with a great American altmosphere. Plus they have live bands that play here sometimes.

Look – lts a bar, maybe a bit seedy. But it is a fun place for a drink or two with friends and getting some grub! No pretense…food was more than decent and the Bloody Mary’s were assume. . We two couples arrived midweek in early afternoon. Had the place almost by our selves. I assume on a weekend it’s more active.

arrived in westport after a very long day & all of the restaurants were closed other than knotty pine & another bar so we decided to eat here. pleasantly surprised- the chicken sandwich was so good! they also have a sweet little dog that walks around and checks on people (wants a piece of your sandwich lol). everyone was very friendly and service fast
