I ordered through the pizza portal. I was not familiar with the retrieval process. The lady behind the counter was reluctant yo assost me and even bothered by me. Not a great example of excellent customer service.

Got a cheese pizza and a lunch combo. The lunch combo pizza is Supposed to be a deep dish!! It’s not!!!! The pizza is super doughy like it needs cooked longer. 1st time I’ve ordered from them in several months, and this just reminds me why!!!! But I’ll come back in a few months, with my fingers crossed, that they finally have some quality products or pride in your job.

I needed 100 pizzas for a prom my non-profit was throwing for kids with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The team at this location rocked! They were professional and had everything ready early. Made my life easy! I would definitely recommend for high volume orders. 🙂

It is what it is little Caesars. Their regular crust tends to be greasy however that kind of garlicky greasy taste is one that I kind of like. However, if you order the thin crust make sure you tell them not to burn whatever toppings you put on it.

Abysmal service. I ordered 3 pizzas and was told 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I asked about my order and it appeared they gave my order to someone else and was told 5 more minutes. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for a pizza that is advertised as hot and ready. The lady at the counter had an attitude and clearly doesn’t care about her job. They left the counter unattended for 10 minutes straight with customers piling up in that tiny area. If you’re hungry don’t go here because you’ll wait atleast 30 minutes for a pizza. I wouldn’t reccomend this location to anyone. My pregnant wife who wanted pizza had to come in the store and demand our food. Despicable place. Do not go here.

This is one of the better locations as far as service. I usually get 2-3 pizzas and I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes if that means they will be fresh. The people at the counter are typically friendly, although some of the customers can be a bit out of hand sometimes. As far as I can tell, the place seems clean and tidy.
