My sandwich was 75% bread. I paid $12 for hard bread. There was hardly any meat in it. It was supposed to have Salami, Turkey, Capocollo, but it was missing the capocollo. I requested extra Mayo which also didn’t happen. The bread was so hard it cut the roof of my mouth. I put in an order for 4 different sandwiches with sides for inside pickup. They didn’t fill the drinks, they just put cups in the sack. You’d think since I ordered pickup and picked out what the 4 drinks were, they’d fill them and have them ready to go. Nope. They didn’t give me a drink carrier, so not only did I have to fill 4 drinks, I had to carry them out to my car along with 2 full sacks of food, and find 4 cup holders in my car to put the drinks. I wanted to like this place, but this is the second time I’ve been there and the food is bland and mostly bread. I’m disappointed with the service and the food. I don’t recommend.

I get delivery and it is pretty good at times. But around 1-4pm I have noticed they don’t know how to read a receipt. I understand as a business they may run out of things at things but when I get more then one item and only one has the item I wanted for both. It’s not hard to read and put everything that the sandwich comes with especially when one has lettuce and then one doesn’t like why no lettuce for me makes no sense? When done correctly it’s good and I have no complaints but they need to learn to make what I pay for. Delivery drivers are always nice and do an amazing job though, they are doing good.

I have never had a bad experience at any Jimmy Johns, the food is good for the price and is generally made ready within 5 minutes of ordering in store. With delivery I have had my food at my door within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend if you enjoy sandwiches and are in a hurry.

Longer hours would be awesome, but I understand that later business doesn’t pay the bills. The food is usually pretty good, and the service is pretty quick. The atmosphere is fairly welcoming and I don’t really have many problems with it. The parking gets super sketchy though when it’s busy. I don’t quite like the risk of getting backed into.

This is a GREAT addition to Wayne. I have ordered several times (enough that I earned a free cookie, and a free sandwich) through the app., I have ordered via the app, ordered through drive thru and had it delivered to my place of employment. Every time the food was fresh and delicious and any employee that I have had contact with was professional and super helpful answering and questions I had. They have also been very accommodating for any issues I had. Correcting the issue without question. I highly recommend this eating establishment and I can’t wait to try other sandwiches on the menu!
