I ordered on Italian herbs and cheese. None. I asked for toasted. Not! All off the toppings looked wilted and old. I didn’t put what I wanted on it because they looked terrible. Also they mangled my bread. White because they didn’t have the one I wanted. Worst sandwich I have received from this store

This Subway is in a hearts gas station. Most of the time it exceeds expectations. This is a small little town and it is the only fast food restaurant for miles around. 99 percent of the time my sandwiches or whatever I’m ordering is perfect. Like I’ve seen them actually caring about the sandwiches that they’re making. Having said that though, they do from time to time run out of ingredients in which case I just don’t eat there. There’s only been once or twice that I have been there that they didn’t have something that I wanted. It did make me feel good to know that if they had a problem with the heater or something that they would make you wait to have your meatballs cooked separately, which just says to me that they are concerned about getting their customer sick which is very important. The workers are very nice and are pretty much willing to do anything they can for you. I have never had a complaint about the employees ever. There are tables on the opposite corner of the restaurant where you can sit at and eat. There is also a table outside which is usually where I prefer to sit and eat since there is a good view of the park across the street and there is another park on the same side of the block. It’s like a skate park or and baseball diamond. There is though a very nice park across the street that is a city park with fully functional bathrooms. It is in a gas station and they have you fill your cup with whatever is at the gas station which is always pretty good compared to a normal Subway where they only have a few choices. Also if I wanted to get a different snack or candy I have the option to do so right there. I always feel like I should give the employees cash tip because it puts a huge smile on their face after they’ve just worked so hard on my sandwich

They had four trays of bread sitting there and said that they couldn’t use it because it was too fresh and just came out of the oven. I told them that fresh bread sounded good. They said no I can’t use it I would get fired.

The food was good and the worker was nice but as the worker was making the sandwich there was a little kid wondering in the back. He then came to the front and was touching the oven. There should not be a kid where my food is being prepared and I’m pretty sure there are some dangerous equipment in the restaurant. Looks like bad management to me.

A member of our family has an allergy to lettuce. I told the workers about this and stressed that NOTHING could even touch the lettuce. They did an AMAZING job of taking this into account when making our sandwich platters. They changed gloves, washed the boards, labled all the boxes and even put sandwich paper in between the lettuce box and the other veggie trays. My family and I were so impressed by their attention to detail and caring for our family member. We will definitely use them again for our catering needs! Great job!

EVERY single time I order here they are out of bread or out of something mostly the bread. How do you run out of bread on a Friday or Saturday night let alone a weekday ??. And every time we place an order we get a
Call saying “we don’t have it’! used to eat here every week now we hardly ever order because of this problem! The manager of the store is horrible to talk to to get refunded as well. I am not waiting a week to get a refund because of YOUR ISSUES AT YOUR STORE!! Do better Subway!!!!

I would have rated 4 stars, but there was a little boy in the working area and it seemed unsafe for him to be there. I was told he was the manager’s kid and she takes him to work a lot. A child shouldn’t be around kitchen and food equipment since it’s dangerous. The employee there was great though and gave good service. She also looked stressed since her manager’s kid was running around the kitchen while she tried to help customers.

I have eaten here a few times and the staff is always happy and helpful. The last time I was there I asked if they had a few gloves that my kids and I could wear to pick up garbage at the parks across the street and the staff was happy to give us a few gloves. I will always visit this Subway.

The Subway is inside of a Hart’s gas station.
It was one of the few fast food restaurants available in the city.
When I got there on Sunday they had literally just pulled bread out of the oven less than an hour before so it was still too hot to be able to toast it.
The gentleman behind the counter accommodated every that wanted a hot toast sandwich by beating their meat and cheese in the toaster then preparing their sandwich.
I was extremely pleased with what I got and it was not an overly long wait to be helped especially as he was working solo

Lousy sandwich. Paid $9.00 for a lettuce sandwich. The meat was so thin you could have read a newspaper thru it. Lucky I had some pastrami at home to make it worth eating.
