When we pulled up to the drive-thru, the guy came to take our order on a tablet but we couldn’t see the menu yet He was nice and waited patiently for us since it was our first time here, and so was the girl at the window. Total cost for our order was $23.09 and we have leftovers for another meal.
Chicken fried steak meal with gravy, roll, and one side + a large drink was great. Breading on CFS was fantastic and the steak was tender and not chewy. Steak was really big! Gravy was normal white gravy; roll was soft and tasty. I got corn nuggets and those tasted normal, nothing bad, nothing special.
Hubby got 2 piece chicken tenders, one side, and a roll. Chicken tender breading was tasty (better than The Chicken Place he says! ) and well seasoned. He got mashed potatoes and they were so creamy! It also came with gravy which we didn’t know, so that was a plus.
We tried the Bush’s sauce and it is similar to Cane’s sauce. It was a little tangier than Cane’s sauce, though, and was really good.
All in all, we will definitely go back. I gave it 3 stars for atmosphere because the lack of being able to see the menu cancelled out the benefit of having a guy there to take the order.

THE BEST!!! Bush’s makes the best chicken fingers but this location in particular is the best! The food is always fresh and the tea is perfectly sweet. The fried Chicken, chicken fingers, tons of country sides are all tasty and hot. Now let me tell you about the staff. From the cashier’s and clerks to the cooks and the management, this stores team is incredible! They’re always friendly, helpful, and ready to serve. I can’t say enough good things about this location. The food, the service, the selection is the best!

The absolutely worst chicken I have ever had. It’s no chicken express that’s for sure. Chicken had sooo much salt I couldn’t finish it and I love salt. Tried putting ketchup on it to finish it but didn’t work. Mack n cheese noodles was hard. coleslaw tasted sour / spoiled. The gravy had a funny taste and was as thick as puddy. It’s been years since I’ve ate inside at Chicken E. (Kids will do that) I can’t express how patient, kind, and helpful the staff was today.
From great customer service, to being personable with my family. My kids being toddlers wanted an egg from the machine they have that was not plugged in, the staff went above and beyond to stop and plug in the machine for them. And then my crazy kids wanted sweets from the other quarter machine, momma didn’t have coins but another staff member offered them some coins for candy. Talk about great human beings!!!!! They sent us on our way with cookies, not to mention an extra cookie for our little at home!!! Great service, great people. Will definitely be back again.
