It’s your typical dive bar which is a dime a dozen around this area. The bloody Mary’s looked great and my buddies had several. I had a couple of their other drinks which were good. Great poors. No complaints other than it’s a “dive bar” with that kind of atmosphere. There are some gambling machines here as well

Great bloody Mary made from a 7 day liquid and vegetable soak. Long bar with several tables as well. Fun welcoming atmosphere, elaborate drinks, and happy hour specials. Maybe the best body Mary I’ve had in New Orleans. There is paid street and garage parking in the nearby blocks aside from bourbon street.

Can’t rate the food because we didn’t have any. But when my girlfriend and I were visiting New Orleans for the first time in October 2024, we sort of just discovered this place by happenstance. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed at that moment – a quiet, nondescript dive bar spot away from all the weekend Bourbon Street madness.

We were welcomed in and were quickly served Yuengling Beer and Jager shots, and the place was mostly dead, which again, was exactly what we were looking for. We just needed a quiet place to sit, chill and have a drink for a while, and again, that’s exactly what we were looking for. We will DEFINITELY keep this spot in mind for future trips to NOLA.

Bartender guy was cool too. I think he could tell we weren’t really in a talkative mood, but he checked in with us often enough.

So yeah, if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, or you just need a chill place to sit for a while, THIS is the spot!

As a former bartender and server Kenny is probably the best bartender I’ve ever had in a busy party town like NOLA. Strong pours, friendly staff, great pub food.

Just a shout out to Kenni, who works days. Great bartenders abound in New Orleans, but he went over and above to provide us with world-class service and an extra TLC to handle a very minor issue. Owner, you have a real gem in a town known for excellent service staff. He stands out. This place should be on your itinerary and say hi to Kenni when he is there.

Drinks were top knotch and bartender was chill and really good at making drinks. The atmosphere was also super chill and cool. It was a much needed change of pace for night.

Some of the food is tasty while the others can be weak. None of it is fancy but it can hit the right spot when you are in the mood for it. They do have a really good beer selection and it is close enough to bourbon street but far enough it doesn’t garner the crazy crowds.

I can personally recommend the hot sausage. Throw some mayonnaise and hot sauce on it and you are good to go.

I hungout here my last night in NOLA. Nice chill place, good drinks, great service. It’s exactly what I was looking for after some of the bars around the corner on Bourbon Street.

Great local dive bar. Friendly bartender. A lot of the service industry finds themselves here after work which I loved talking to about the different hotels an restaurants. Average priced drinks , clean bar and fun people . We did not eat anything so can’t say anything on food. Each time we have stopped in over the years there has been a mix of tourists and locals.
