Coming through town and was referred here from Ciara at the Comfort Inn. Came down on Sunday night and welcomed by a nice young lady a seated, took our beer order straight away which is a plus. Locally sourced meat which is a plus. I went with the hot dog, jojos, and nacho cheese for dipping. Sliced the dog and grilled bun, hot jojos were right on. Breakfast tomorrow

We’ve eaten here several times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Great food as long as the regular cook is there, otherwise not so great (only been there twice when it was not the regular cook). Service is inconsistent, although it’s the same people. Sometimes when they are not even busy it takes forever to get a menu and beverage (we’ve waited 10 minutes plus). Sometimes when they are busy this happens right away! Sometimes the food sits too long waiting to go to the table or the waitress picks it up but stops to chat with someone on the way to the table so food is not always hot once received. Getting a refill on a cup of coffee is almost non existent and the cups are very small. Getting the check is consistently slow and usually you have to flag them down or go up to the counter. However, very cool bar and atmosphere! We usually wait months between visits because of these issues but only so many choices in a town this size.

This is our second time here. The first time we came the food, service, and vibe were great! Today was a different story. The food was ok, but the service wasnt good. There were 2 servers and it took us a while to even get some coffee. It seemed to us that we weren’t as important as the regulars. Service, smiles, thank yous , and you’re welcomes were only exchanged with the regulars by the waitstaff. We were so disappointed this trip. Maybe our annual trip to Colville will not include breakfast here anymore.

My husband and I had breakfast here. After his hair cut. The woman who cut his hair suggested the Acorn Saloon and told us where it was so we decided to try it out and we were glad we did. I had hot tea, a biscuit with sausage gravy and it was delicious. My husband had eggs and sausage with coffee. The total bill was under $30.00

The first time going in the food was great! The service, however, was disappointing. The waitress acted like we were an inconvenience. My cousin ordered a baked potato, thinking it was a full meal from the description menu. What he got was a small potato that had nothing on it but cheese and a teaspoon of taco meat that was 2 dollars more to add. Very disappointed

This is a tavern so you must be 21 to enter and dine. They were very busy at 1115 am. Breakfast ends at 11. We had soup and sandwich and the chicken rice soup was very tasty. A little on the noisy side .

Something about the Bloody Mary’s, I love them! Delicious, refreshing, with Tito’s, and with amazing pickled vegetables! Food is great and the staff is busy making sure you got what you need. Perfect Sunday for some football, burger, and my Bloody Mary!

We were passing by this town and Acorn Saloon was the only place open past 8. We called at 8:10 asking if we can still come in for dinner and we were warmly welcomed.
The staff were super friendly and patient, offering us a taster of their local brew.
We got some sandwiches with soup and some gizzards with home-made horse radish sauce. The horse radish sauce was very tasty though I cried through eating it. I would buy a pint of that stuff if I could just bring it with me on the long road home.
