The ambiance through out the last few months and customer service dedication has grown exponentially. I really enjoy coming to this location whenever I have sweet cravings or just want to enjoy a great signature latte. The staff are upbeat and honestly brighten up my mood 🙂 The manager at this location/hiring staff have chosen a dedicated team to serve our local community. & if you are a barista/staff reading this review, Thank you for your service, you are doing great and are much appreciated!!!! ☕️

The manager is terrible. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I worked in customer service for twenty five years in the casino with people are at their worce when losing their money and still never seen anyone as bad and rude like this manager. I think you should have under cover person order from there maybe more than once and make sure they are a little bit of a difficult customer. This manager has no right to be representing your company until she gets some training and really don’t think that will work for her!!

While i was paying for my order this Dunkin cashier was stealing the QR code to receive credit on the Dunkin app. That’s unacceptable i watched her do it to others while waiting on my food.

This Dunkin is very small with not enough variety of donuts. The staff was too chatty with customers and I rather you multitask. My croissant was toasted black yesterday I noticed after I drove off and reached the highway. I couldn’t come back because I am from out of state.

Coffee is good but way overpriced and the help messes it up 50% of the time. Ya theres room to sit there and dine sometimes when its not so so busy.

How do you only schedule 1 person on a shift but yet have a line out the door smh.. the new manager is completely an idiot… you have customers leaving because of the long wait.. remind you it’s 4pm in the afternoon… shame on the manager for only scheduling one person on, on the busiest time of day.

I only go here in the morning. Fernando and Yanira are both great. My order is always right. And ready by the time I get to the register. I don’t go in the afternoon because it’s like night and day. The morning is GREAT and the afternoon is like walking into an empty church. But at least my day starts off great.
