We are excited to announce the opening of Dothan’s newest restaurant, ThreeSixty kitchen+bar, located inside of the DoubleTree by Hilton Dothan. Dothan is a southern corridor to the Gulf, where peanut fields collide with the Emerald Coast. This new restaurant concept seeks to provide guests with an innovative and comfortable dining experience. ThreeSixty kitchen+bar is derived from global fusion inspiration, with a nod to the hotel’s location on Dothan’s Ross Clark Circle. The concept is an Americana fusion of Land and Sea. We take traditional, well-known dishes from the south and fuse those dishes with worldwide flavors.

Reviews
I will start by saying I’m very particular about food when I spend my hard earned money on it. That being said I thoroughly look at menus and reviews before trying a new place. I will also say it’s a shock to me that there are fast food places in the area with higher ratings than this amazing little spot.
The food was phenomenal, not a single complaint and they were accommodating of my grandfathers specific palate as well. He has had trouble eating lately but had no problems putting away the fried chicken and grits that he ordered. The pork chop was recommended by the waitress and it was indeed the right choice for me.
I’m not a huge pork eater and can’t recall when the last time I had a pork chop was, but when I tell you this pork chop was otherworldly I am not exaggerating. This pork chop meal was beyond decadent with every bite and the pairings couldn’t have gone better with it. I come from California where there is no shortage of great restaurants and I would put this above most new-American cuisine spots I’ve tried. I am from Alabama originally and have tried a fair amount in the Dothan area, this was hands down the best meal I’ve had.
The interior is smaller but the modern furnishings and plush seating make it feel larger, and the whole aesthetic is very uptown chic.
The food is well prepared, with local southern flair. Fried green tomatoes, crawfish and cornbread seem humble until presented with microgreen salads and velvety remoulade.
The pork chop was deliciously moist and the steak cooked to perfection.
The waitstaff is few, but they all work so diligently there may as well be 100 of them.
My only regret was that I didn’t have a big enough stomach to sample a dessert.
The service matched the upscale but casual vibe. The waiter appeared promptly after our arrival and went over the specials and the drink menu. He knew the menu inside and out and was able to answer any questions we had.
We opted to get the bread service, which is optional. The Naan comes with a trio of different butters. The bread was cooked perfectly, and tasted great by itself. Mixed with either of the regular butter choices just made it even better. However, the crowning jewel was the sun dried tomato butter. I could have eaten the butter straight from the bowl.
My wife order the salmon they were running a special on. It came out looking like it was plated on a food network TV show. The salmon was cooked to perfection, the carrots were grilled and crispy. The flavor of these individually was better than anything in Dothan, but combined with the dirty rice was something I could eat everyday, and unlike anything in Dothan.
I, on the other hand went with a simple burger. Well, so I thought. Call it a mile high burger, or the best burger in the wiregrass, whatever you decide, this is a must try food. It was cooked perfectly, the brisket was still moist and favorable and the cheese & BBQ sauce that is on it makes it a completely amazing burger.
Now, all of this may seem expensive, but it was actually all a great price, and definitely worth the money! We definitely will be coming back. Guys, if you looking for somewhere fancy casual to take the Mrs too, this should definitely be on the list.
