Never been through the drive trough, but I do know the inside is pretty nice. I like to come here before band practice- mostly I get my white boy drink, Mocha cookie crumble, but other times I get matcha with vanilla cold foam ^^ The people here are always chill.

I walked inside to make my order, taking a mental not of the vehicle I would’ve been behind in the drive thru. After seeing that vehicle pass the drive thru window, I began wondering why my order was taking so long. As I saw another 4 vehicles pass, I stood up and started pacing & looking at my watch until someone asked what I ordered. I was told my order was still 4 tickets away from being worked on.
Absolute bullshit. I just waited 14 minutes in an empty cafe, for nothing, while online orders were prioritized over the people that are actually waiting inside for their drink. I was going to be late for work so I had to cancel my order and get a refund.
This isn’t the first time this location has had slow service that caused me to be running late. Several weeks ago I was the only car in the drive thru but I waited over 17 minutes at the window AFTER placing my order before I decided to leave and not get my order.
I’ll be avoiding this location from now on. I can’t

While another Starbucks nearby (Pebble Creek Pkwy & W Coronado Rd) is getting it wrong, it’s important to recognize the locations that are doing things right. At the Dysart Rd & Camelback store, the staff went above and beyond—handing me a Venti cup of ice water before I even asked. They explained that their policy is to make sure delivery drivers stay hydrated, which shows outstanding awareness and care, especially in the U.S.’s hottest state. Combined with their great attitudes and genuine smiles, this team sets the standard for excellent customer service.

I’m beyond disappointed in this Starbucks my husband order a drink it’s made by you guys and no was able to make it. I think this company needs to train people on how to make drinks my husband order a venti matcha latte with dragonfruit cold foam. They asked him how do u make the foam. All he got was matcha with dragonfruit pieces. Starbucks in bashas grocery knows how to make it.

This is by far the friendliest Starbucks in the Valley! This location isn’t close to me, but I’ll drive the extra mile to come here. Every time, no matter what day or time, the staff is friendly and cheerful. Of course, the coffee is good too- I come for the blueberry scone and vanilla sweet cream cold brew, but the people make the experience! ✨️

They are super nice BUT I don’t recommend this location if you are super lactose like me. It’s been 3 times already where my drink has had real milk in it even after ordering with oat milk. It’s very rude. Especially times I don’t realize until it’s too late.

I just left from the drive-thru here, and the girl working the drive-thru was extremely rude, full of attitude, with zero customer service skills. She interrupted me while I was placing my order to say she couldn’t hear me, then at the window she interrupted me again to tell me to select a prompt on the screen, which was a tip, which I do regret leaving. Her attitude and demeanor were very rude and unwelcoming. 0/10 experience. I will not come back to this location.
