I did a carry out order for my family, and the chips were stale and the seasoned rice was undercooked and crunchy. Very disappointed with the quality. We will not be ordering again.

Not my favorite Moe’s. We came in just after 8 (they close at 9) and the staff seemed annoyed that we came in. The only friendly person out of the bunch was the male cashier, he is the only reason they got the second star. Asked one of the employees that was near the drink station where I could find the salt and she completely ignored me. I did eventually find a basket labeled salt, and found that it was actually full of pepper packets. The place was clean but was kept at a uncomfortably cold temperature. It was well before closing time when we left and the salsa/drink station was already emptied out. We definitely did not feel welcome here.
The food was average. The staff was annoyed when I asked for toppings on my build your own quesadilla, like I was inconveniencing her. The seasoned chicken was a bit on the greasy side, the vegetables were not particularly fresh, and the flavors were just so-so. Far from what I expected out of a Moe’s.

I had Chipotle yesterday and ordered basically the same thing today at Moe’s. Adobo chicken burrito with brown rice black beans, fajitas, corn, guacamole, cheese, sour cream and pico. The flavors are BLAND. The serving of protein they scooped me was laughably small. Chipotle is just an overall better product. Not spending money here anymore.

Stopped over here as I have a loved one in the hospital and it’s right next door. The gent taking the orders and greeting everyone as they enter and exit was awesome. So friendly and courteous, so rare these days.

Stopped here a couple days ago and ordered an adobo chicken bowl add queso. It was around 7:45 when I walked in and as soon as I looked up I could see the workers just looking at me with irritation while they were all cleaning. I was the only customer in the store but It was several minutes before anyone addressed me or got me started on my order. A lot of the food looked like it had been sitting there a while and was clumpy/gelatinous. The second worker who helped me had her AirPods in and was constantly saying “huh” or “what” when I was stating the things I wanted in my bowl as if she couldn’t hear me but was somehow able to hear her coworker and continue their conversation even the the other worker was 20+ feet away. Got to the cashier and whatever he rung up was $18 and some change which was incorrect for what I ordered, I explained that to him and he too had AirPods in so that took a minute to get my total correct. He then proceeded to just slide my bowl towards my side of the counter. Did not offer me a bag, no chips, nothing. But he did say “Have a nice night “ and was courteous for the most part. I’ve visited this location maybe 3-4 times in the last month but that was probably my last, each visit was not the most desirable when it came to food quality and customer service but this establishment is clean and organized.

Why would ANYONE go here? The food is bland and tasteless. The burritos and bowls are a joke with their size. It’s gotta be one of the WORST values anywhere! The kids meal burrito is the length of a finger!!! Management says they can’t do anything about it and give you a corporate number that no one answers or calls back from! How is this place in business?!?!? The worst!

I’ve been to a lot of Moe’s all across the country and the two guys working at this Moe’s had no clue about how to make a burrito or even a taco. First guy added way too much rice, beans, meat, and grilled onions. Overflowing even before the toppings. Then guy two didn’t even have a chance to roll the burrito properly. Stuffing falling out everywhere when trying to eat. The tacos were so full that they just fell apart as you picked them up. These dudes need proper training on how to make them, We love Moe’s overall but this location needs work.

Wildly different experiences based on time. Came in today at lunch and person making the food at lunch was maybe the rudest person I’ve ever worked with in food service.
Time before with different staff was great.
If you can catch the weekly specials it’s a pretty good deal and food is fresh enough
