Paolo is very nice owner of Colombian restaurant , the food we had is authentic and very delicious especially sancocho soup was the best I had. We heard that burgers are very yummy so we will try next time.

First, let me say this place used to be a bank and has a parking lot, which is pretty huge for a Weehawken spot. The large windows in colorful atmosphere, is very nice. The tables have a barcode to download the menu, however, the default language is Spanish and to convert to English takes a little doing. Once you get past that, the menu has an abundance of choices. We chose the empanadas and the chicharon ceviche, as an appetizer. The empananas, we’re definitely our favorite. To wash them down, we had a coffee and a coconut lemonade. The lemonade had real coconut shavings, which was very delicious. For our main entree, we had the 5 star burger and the churrasco’s steak. The bun on the burger was a little hard and the burger was cooked a little well for our liking, but had good flavor. The onion ring was a good call to rop the burger. The churrasco steak arrrived on a heated cast iron plate. Good portion and flavorful with a small amount of chimichurri sauce on the side. We didn’t have room for dessert, but everything looked really good. When the bill arrived, we noticed that at the bottom, it said any party more than three, will have an automatic tip included which I thought was a little odd. Al and all I would try this place again. We arrived at noon and had our pick of any table. There is a large old safe which makes great photo opportunities.

We were travelling for 2 months and really craved a burger. We read the recommendations for this restaurant and it was walking distance from our accommodation. O.M.Gosh!!! The burgers were amazing!!! The service was fantastic. All the waiter’s were so lovely.
We loved it so much, we went back again a few days later.
Also tried the hotdog. That was also unbelievable.
Great job!! Its a bit of a trek to come from Australia, just for a hamburger but….maybe again one day soon.

The food and atmosphere at The Burger Temple were truly excellent — everything we tried was delicious and the place has a great vibe. However, the service was quite slow; we had to wait a long time for just one burger, which was disappointing. If it weren’t for that delay, I would have given 5 stars. Still, I highly recommend this place — definitely worth a visit!

Locations is very clean. The staff is very attentive, kind and professional. The food was excellent, good portions, prepared well and delicious. Would recommend to anyone. Our bills came out to about $180 but that came with appetizers, 7 drinks, coffees, 2 steak meals, burgers, and salads. So the cost and value is 100% worth it.

Nice place, it used to be a Bank back in the days so they have a the old vault open to take pictures, the hamburgers are pretty big with different options, the service has been excellent the three times I had visited them and the menu is really big with too many options. Price-value I think it’s worth it. Many options in the beverage menu including big milkshakes. 100% recommended.

The burger temple is a former bank turned restaurant. Inside decor is beautiful, tastefully done with lots of natural light. You can see a huge shiny vault. The service was excellent, our waitress Valentina was sweet, attentive, and very good. Our food came promptly, and hot. My partner got a steak omelet that was heavenly. The steak was cooked medium as requested, with a wonderful char from the grill. I got the steps arepa with steak picanha. The steak was cooked medium as well, sliced, with beautiful grill marks. The taste was very good, the arepas was excellent. We opted to sit outside, as it was a sunny mild day outside. The restaurant is clean inside and out. The chairs, tables everything was clean in good condition. They also have a parking lot next door which is a huge plus for this area. We will definitely be back. Everything was wonderful
