Mixed, scizophrenic decor. Unsure of the theme beyond family style Italian but an odd collection of German wood carving hung along a back side wall. Very fine, simple and affordable food.

The best pizza around bar none if you love thin crispy crust. Also great salads. Food is always great. Count on it. Plus they pour their drinks on the generous side. Its on our top 5 places now. They also happily accept Groupon! 5 stars!!!!!

We went well before the dinner rush so had good service but the pizza was slow to come out. The pizzas were both a bit undercooked with almost no seasoning. The salad & veggies were fresh. The half carafe of Chardonnay was not really chilled. For all this, $98 before tip seemed steep.

Better than Olive Garden!!
I went to this Restaurant and the food there is delicious!! I recommend Michael’s dish and the lasagna! I have also tried the pasta shell stuffed dish but I recommend the other two better. The food is better than Olive Garden and the bread is delicious when ordering out. I absolutely loved it! The waitress (Victoria) was fast, courteous, and professional and came back several times to our table to see if we needed anything. I am definitely going to go back!

We just moved to the neighborhood, so me and my wife came out to have dinner there couple of days ago. We had their special, which was the roasted chicken. When we received our food, very quickly we realized that the chicken was undercooked (blood that came out of the chicken once I stuck my fork in it gave it up). Waitress apologized and took the meal back in the kitchen. No management came out to apologize, meal took much longer than anticipated, nothing was subtracted from the bill. On the way out, I took one of their Tiramisu pieces to go and once I had some at home I realized that it was one of the worst I ever had (very heavy, too sweet, small portion). I’m used to the management/host visits at table and none of those appeared before I was served raw chicken or after…. Waitress was nice and tried hard, but it’s quite obvious that management and kitchen staff doesn’t care. Will not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never go back. Also, pricing is on the higher end – and as such you should expect much more than what you’re getting.

We moved to the area a year ago and have ordered pizza and other meals many times. We even brought in a large party to the restaurant for pizza. My complaint is not about the quality of the pizza but in the customer friendliness of the place. When you order a pizza you get a coupon that after you collect 10 you get $5.00 offf a pizza. That would amount to $.50 for each coupon. You would think that they were giving you gold!! Two weeks ago when we ordered the pizza there was no coupon attached. Three weeks ago we ordered three pizzas and only 1 coupon was attached to the top box. The total order came to $64.00. Big deal 1 coupon worth $.50 after spending that much money. We ordered pizza yesterday and when I called I told them of the missing coupon on our last pizza. The girl that answered said we know but we were out of them. When I picked up my pizza and I reminded the girl of the coupon that we didn’t receive and she told me that they would not be making good for the one we didn’t get saying that no one got one. I brought up about the three pizza order and how it was not fair to only give 1 coupon for three x-large pizzas. I was told that 1 coupon per order no matter how many pizzas you ordered. Really you are not going to give a patron who just spent $64.00 $1.50 worth of coupons. How very petty of them. There are a lot of pizza places in the area. In the future I will be trying them out. I have no desire to give my business to a place that is that petty!!!!!

While I love the food, this place is a little pricey and without many options. Any time when I ask for a dairy free meal, the staff look at me as if I was terminally ill 🙂 They even asked me if I was “sick.” Even dairy free coffee as impossible, as they do not have any non dairy milk or cream.

We had 15 guests for a 2 year old Birthday party and we found A cockroach in one of the pasta plate. We all dropped our forks. Manager came said we found it in the big pasta bag. Will give you a discount. I called the police department to file a public health safety concern and officer of the Niles Village gave me a number to call. 4/3/17 will call the health Department. Public safety is a concern.

The pizza is the best thing they have but the minestrone soup, grilled and fried calamari are fantastic too. Their sauce is great and the seafood is good as well. Love this place!
