Everytime they forget the key ingredient (meat)!
We came here a few times and each time we are let-down.
A few times ago they forgot pieces of our meal tacos and nacho fries, and when we asked them where it was they asked for the receipt, but the kiosk machines don’t give receipts. Instead of receipts they want to harvest your phone number or email. By harvest I mean they want to spam you later… No thanks.
I try this place once more before changing my review or blacklisting this place altogether.

Stopped in today 1/10/24 and ordered some food off the menu at the counter. The cashier was nice but as I was paying a line cook interrupted the transaction and stated that the only way I could order one of the menu items off their menu that was clearly visible above their counter is off the app. I said that’s ridiculous, she stated that their general manager instructed them to do this. Not sure that I believe that but it was a horrible customer service experience. I cancelled the whole order.

It’s really bad ,I ordered veggie mexican pizza, they made beef one,I called them about it and did complain to manager and she said you have to get it in 24 hours food or refund, that’s really not professional

They do rude behavior their staff don’t know how to take customers in drive through they don’t have manors on 06/10/2025 11:30pm i was in drive through to pick up my order and evan they are just rude in my order they don’t put 2 items which I already pay online but still they don’t care i will never come back on that place. My suggestion to Manager look on that staff on that date that time who is employees takeing shift and tell them do good behave in front of customers and how to talk with customers i will tell you guys if the employee staff is not good friendly taco bell business loses final tell everyone whenever that staff on their shift please don’t go over there at that time or don’t go

Drive through workers would not add items to order at window. Required me to circle the lot and order a second time. Inconvenient but otherwise service was decent. Food was correct and considerably fresh for a late night visit.

On March 24th 2025 at 11:55 AM, I had a bean burrito with no onions. It was the best burrito I have ever had. Previous bean burritos I have had from Taco Bell usually busted as I was trying to eat it but this one did not bust. It was all held together well and changed my life. This burrito caused for my husband and I to conceive a child and name him Jospeh because Joe’s are the funniest people you will ever meet in life. Not only this but my pet fish from my childhood flew down from heaven to be with us once again. It was truly a miracle all around. Thank you to whomever made that burrito, my life has completely changed! And I cannot wait to see lots of wonderful things that will come my way after that experience with that amazing burrito. #blessed

They are selfish with bags and they’re costing their self money. They stuffed the bag so full that the bag busted it had 7 items in it. A small bag busted all over my floor. They need to quit trying to save bags and do it properly. It mashes all the food too.

Its been a few years. Walking in, the store and kitchen was a mess, cashier was nice and she recommended the cantina tacos so I got two, a water, and nachos and cheese. My son ordered a drink and his favorite a chicken quesadilla. First thing I noticed was my two tacos with nachos and cheese and my sons folded up seemed looking item with melted cheese on the outside of tortilla. I was a cantina quesadilla….weird. I told the cashier and a lady making the food told me the (taco bell veteran pro I know my food) that oh it’s a chicken quesadilla i just wrapped it wrong….. as I gave her the look and I walked away I dont like conflict in public. I told my son to try it. It’s not the same and he hated it. I just wish she would have fixed it. I spent $18 on all of those few items. Expensive… I won’t be going to a taco bell again for a few years. Bad customer service, bad food. Bad liar.

I don’t know why but the cashier and I had communication issues. Probably cuz I haven’t been to taco bell in forever. Reminded of why tonight -prices are high. I could eat at a real Mexican restaurant for the same price. With much better food.
