OH, MY….GOD…. This place is so good, I sat there and MAXED, god I know I’ve gained 20 pounds before leaving here, I just couldn’t stop eating.. when we were done they still gave me soda to go candy and ice cream because I was to full to drink and eat it there THANK YOU for this experience. We had a great time at this hotpot. We didn’t realize it was all-you-can-eat, but it seemed an extremely good value, especially if you load up on meats or other high-value options. Lots of choices for ingredients. I had the classic Sichuan-style broth which is called something like “spicy marrow” and was very good. Good fresh noodles and sauce options. Our server was very friendly and happy to help and excited to share the experience with us. We lost a purse for a second and thought we left it there, and management was extremely diligent in communicating with us to help. Overall, a great experience!

First time here after looking for the best reviews in Madison for a hot pot restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and came out quick. The service was good and they came by twice to refill the broth. i will definitely return again. Be sure to arrive hungry though because for dinner it’s $35 a person

Fuki Hot Pot is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Madison. It’s such a fun and interactive way to enjoy a meal, whether you’re with family, friends, or even on a date. You get to choose your hot broth bases (I loved the spicy and golden chicken & bone broth ones) and then cook your own fresh meats and veggies right at your table on a little tabletop heater. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can customize everything exactly how you like it. You can order a few ingredients, or a bunch – it’s free to mix and match. Plus, you get to make your own dipping sauces from a variety of options, which really adds a personal touch.
One of the coolest surprises was the automated robot server that comes right up to your table—it was such a fun touch and made the whole experience even more memorable. Loved this place! Not a fan of Asian cuisine so that says a lot. We ordered a variety of meat/seafood, some noodles for my husband, rice and veggies for me. It was a great buffet, my favorite thing was the bulgogi beef, I recommend it a hundred times over. It wasn’t noisy even though almost all the tables were occupied while we were there. Really serene place and it smelled great. Apart from the food, they had a nice selection of sauces, side dishes and fruit. Comes with free soda, water and ice cream.

I was so excited to go to Fuki. Saw the sign since the restaurant wasn’t done yet.
I must say I’m impressed with the food and the service. The staff was especially nice. The robot server was the gimmick.
I love everything about the food. Everything tastes nice. One thing I didn’t like much was the lamb (it was a bit gamey hence 4 stars). Veggies were fresh. Variety of options. One suggestion I have is to come up with things to assist people who don’t know what a hot pot is. Maybe have suggested recipes for how to make sauces. Like 3-4 types. Cause it can definitely overwhelm newbies.
I also hope in the future you offer different price range. Maybe a cheaper price for fewer food options. Cause I myself can’t afford to go there all the time as much as I would love to. With the price 34.99 now, I probably go once in a few months. But if there’s a cheaper option, like 24.99, I probably go even twice a month.
Overall, I love it! Makes me miss home a bit less. Thanks for spicing up the food scene in Madison!
