Laid-back parlor serving brick-oven pies & Italian pasta dishes, plus housemade gelato & ice cream.

We went for dinner at 6:30 on a Thursday. It’s a family business, small restaurant, one server, but the food is made to order and portions are pretty big. If you expect microwaved food, don’t go there. We had the mozzarella sticks, alfredo tomatoe shrimp dish, shrimp penne alfredo and the lasagna. Cesar and Greek salads were so fresh. We also had the cookies and cream for dessert. Everything was good. Wish they had some red pepper flakes and cheese to garnish, but not gonna complain. Bill came out to $55ish for all that food.

Bastiano’s is phenomenal! It may well be my all-time favorite Italian restaurant. I’ve been there 3 times in the past month, and I still want to go again. I’ve had spaghetti, several pizzas, gelato, breadsticks, cheesy bread…you can’t go wrong, but the dinner plate with chicken Alfredo and their tomato basil soup is to die for. My friend got their calzones and won’t stop talking about them, so I know what I’m getting next If you’re looking for a place to *enjoy* a meal, this is the place for you. It’s relaxed, peaceful, and the food is desirable to the taste.

I spent $50 on two pizzas here and feel completely ripped off. This place used to serve true New York–style pizza — thin, foldable, flavorful. Now it’s a joke.
What I got was thick, heavy bread with barely any sauce and hardly any toppings. It was so dry and bland I couldn’t even finish a slice. For the price, it’s insulting.
This isn’t New York–style pizza anymore; it’s cafeteria bread with a sprinkle of cheese. The drop in quality is shocking, and I won’t be wasting another dollar here.

Absolutely loved my experience at Bastiano’s! The food was incredible, every bite was bursting with flavor. You can tell the chef truly loves what he does; he looked so happy and passionate in the kitchen, and it shows in the dishes. No wonder everything tasted so fantastic! The prices are super accessible, especially considering the high quality of the food. I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

Ordered the fish, got a rice bowl instead. Pizza prices were good and decent. Needs more servers, poor woman working tonight 06/20/25 was struggling to keep up with 7 tables.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to in Texas! The service was immediate and attentive. The price, quantity, and quality of the food was unbelievable! We got 2 entree’s, 2 appetizers, a soup and a vegetable for $32. A great little local spot!

We went here for lunch on a Saturday. Their lunch special was the best way to taste their fresh and delicately flavored herb bread, soup, pizza and pasta. The tomato bisque was amazing. Brick over pizza served hot and fresh was very good. Must stop by if you are on your way to Austin and need a quick bite.
Love love loooove their choco lava cake with ice cream! The best lava cake till date. Soft and goes amazingly well with the ice cream!! Do make space for this dessert!!! The seating area, tables, everything is really good, very Italian vibes.

The food and waitress were good and a decent value. However the cleanliness of the restroom and dining area leaves much to be desired.

This is a small hidden gem of a restaurant and it is the best food Italian food that we have eaten in a long while with amazing prices! We had the angel hair shrimp Alfredo with broccoli on the side. They have done it right… The owners are very hard-working, true Italian people who take pride in their business and their customers! ! We will return!

Best gluten free pizza in Texas! I mean that. It is so difficult to find a good gluten free pizza and this place has it down pat. I don’t mind watching the children play because it is all part of our small town atmosphere. The service is courteous and fast. What makes this place spectacular is the food. You will not be disappointed.
