I hate to say it, but I was not pleased with my visit here. My husband and I stopped in for a late dinner after 15 hours of travel. They were understaffed with the front cashier working drive-through as well as the front, which caused a very long line that we observed when we first walked in. The wait was long before she even acknowledged the first person in line. After ordering, we went to get our drinks, and they had no ice, so we had to wait again just to ask her to put ice in our cups. Then we went to sit down and every table in the lobby was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves. The rest were fairly clean. After we finished our lukewarm meal, there was nowhere to throw our trash away because the trash cans were over flowing. We won’t be stopping at this location again.

I just went today and I had a horrible experience. We had originally ordered food to go and they gave it to us to dine in. We let the lady know we ordered to go…she gave us a bag and just put it there on the counter. A few minutes like 1 minute later she said “I didn’t know you didn’t have hands” then threw our food into the bag and we ended up losing some of our fries because they fell onto the counter. I understand she could’ve been frustrated but her actions were unnecessary & nobody deserves that sort of costumer service. We didn’t get her name but she had pink hair.

The manager Mrs Loretta. Is a amazing and genuinely a very caring person. I went through the Drive through ask if there was a up charge for a milkshake with a kids meal she said yes but then offered to pay it out of her pocket.
I said I was just wondering it’s fine.
I will be calling corporate office tomorrow to make sure she gets recognized for her caring and very giving heart. you don’t find people like her a lot I had to do this so all the locals can see.

This is the cleanest, best service, most consistent food, BK I have ever been to. It is also by far the best fast food restaurant near my factory. The McDonald’s down the road pales in comparison to this place. Whoever is managing this joint, you are a god and I wish I could pry you away and hire you.

I’ve managed burger kings in this state and in Missouri. This is one of the best ones yet. Keep it up. Aeryona and the cook did a great job. Order was accurate (and it was fairly specific) and the food was hot and the lobby and restroom were clean.
