Normally when this place messes up my order they’re good about fixing it. However my past order was beyond repair. I received my pizza scrunched (like moved over in the box), which was no big deal. But it was also undercooked. Like you can feel the softness and taste the doughyness. Me and the people who ate it ended up getting food poisoning. I talked to the manager the very next day about getting a refund and he stated that food poisoning doesn’t set in until about 48 hours, he would only be able to credit my account. He also suggested that for the type of order i got i start asking for the pizza well done. I spoke to a medical professional who did confirm it was food poisoning. I ended up just submitting my information to corporate and suggesting they host a training on food Bourne illnesses.
Update: I’m still dealing with this and a lot of the reps that I’ve dealt with have tried to downplay the situation. The person I spoke with today stated that they have an “A” on their health report, (which has nothing to do with the fact that during their complaint inspection they had to throw food away). Representative I spoke to didn’t want my case number for the Health Dept. My family will be ordering from a corporate location instead of here in the future.

They gave me the wrong pizza that was sitting for like an hour. It was cold, then when I called the store, the managers tone of voice and attitude is like if they didn’t believe me. I placed the order at around 10:40 p.m. and the pizza given to me, the order was placed at 9:14 p.m. so that means the pizza i was given had been sitting over an hour. They don’t even bother to read the name on the receipt or what?

Rocio can definitely improve on her lack of customer service skills as well as her attitude. She did not greet as she is supposed to, completely got my order wrong along with a missing item. Overall Rocio need a major reevaluation on her performance and can definitely use some basic understanding on her lack of communication skills.

Terrible service! They called me claiming they needed to ‘verify my order’ and said I had to be present with my ID and card because ‘the website says so.’ This made no sense since I used Apple Pay, and nowhere does it mention needing to show ID or card info. Ended up having to cancel the order and place it again at another location. Complete waste of time and poor communication.

The “manager” of the store, Jess which is what she claimed to be was extremely rude and unprofessional (she ended up not being the manager at all and was lying about her role). I previously ordered large quantities of pizzas for pick up for the County with no issues. However, Jess contacted me and from the very beginning was purposefully not try to assist me and was passive aggressive on the recorded line, which I hope an actual manager reviews. I recommend this location pay closer attention to who they make managers and employees that impersonate managers, this is a poor reflection the company. Due to Jess’s lack of professionalism and customer service I will no longer be using this location for orders. The general manager was on vacation and from the looks of it the staff would rather make cancellations and refunds instead of assist paying customers with their orders. One of the worst experiences I’ve encountered at a Dominos.
