The “A” rating from the health department is not overlooked. As a lover of chicken AND burritos I ordered the Wet Green Burrito. It was at my table in a short time and I dug right in. While I enjoyed it and was pleasantly delighted by the side sauce I thought it could of been heftier on the chicken. Maybe next time I’ll ask for less rice. Other than that one complain, I can truly recommend Los Pollos to anyone.
The restaurant is spacious, plenty of parking and a nice assortment of pan dulce for a dessert treat.

I didn’t want to write this review because me and my family have been long time customers literally over 20 years, but recently the cashier and the food has been bad. Let’s start with the chicken, it’s dry and super small for the price and sometimes they give it to you burn. Now the cashiers, they act like they are the owners, they are disrespectful and if you ask them to add something to the menu or take off they say, I can’t do it and you have to pay now. THIS ISNT THE FIRST NOR SECOND TIME. The cashier need to be trained or given better customer service. We won’t be coming back because I gotten to a point that I hate coming because of the cashiers. It’s so disappointing because we been long time customer, but by looking at the reviews they know their service is bad yet, they choose to not make changes.

1st time coming to this place,… Cashiers are extremely RUDE! Went and ate there, we have 4 kids all under 3 years old so yes they are gonna make a little mess, walked out and said thank you, cashier replied “haaaay nooo” and the other girl that was handing out the food just stared at us as we walked out with a face.if you guys don’t like your job then leave. Definitely need some training, I’ve worked at restaurants and this is definitely not the attitude.

The front cashier is horrible her deep voice it’s hard to understand! One cashier for all serving drinks, touching money n phone orders and taking calls Does not was her hands with the amount money that they make NOT ENOUGH people and not wallet method of payment or Apple Pay! Poor service!

Was really Good…Really tasty!! I would recommend to anyone. This is my number one spot for rotisserie chicken. Second would be Juan pollo & Juans Chicken. Better than pollo campero. The only thing i would ask if they double charged me for the drink included in the 4 piece meal. Other than that i would be coming back again

That place been around for years 0 my mother has been going there since I was a kid the food is bomb in the services fast the salsa 0 the chicken nice and tender eyes a little pricey but we buy only once in a while because not everybody can afford it you know I think they should lower the price is a little bit.
