I ordered three biggie bags meal. All burgers looked horrible greasy wrapping and didn’t look pleasing to eat waste of money whoever is making the Sandwich Needs to Trained better. Or they just don’t care how they’re making people food. Disappointment.

I got a bacon double stack biggie bag. I ate about half the double stack burger and the last bite I took literally tasted like fece of some sort. I am not a picky eater at all but it may have been the most disgusting taste I ever had in my mouth ever. I immediately spit it out and threw away the rest of my meal. I didn’t even want to look at what it was that I bit. I will NOT be visiting this restaurant again!

There is a female one is supposedly named Sarah a manager, and the other is a shorter female with dark black hair and they have no respect for customers. They are speaking in a very rude manner. They try to overcharge currently pregnant and go there at least 3 to 5 nights a week and the only time I have an issue or a severe overcharge is when one of these two women are working all the other managers are great. I never have problems with my orders, but if you go there at night and certain people are working, the food doesn’t come out hot they give you the biggest attitude. The customer is never right there, and they will disrespect you verbally with no problem

To start with, they took forever to answer. When they did answer they tried to rush us through our order: when we ordered they messed up the only two orders we had. We had a biggie bag that didn’t contain any nuggets that we paid for. Then to make it worse all of the biggie bag was cold as well as the #2. Please don’t work if you can’t do your job. It’s ridiculous

I placed a mobile order and set pick-up at the drive thru. Then at the drive thru they told me I had to come inside to pick it up. I couldn’t come inside at the time. Order cancelled!

Someone should tell the employees to put the french fries on the tray when the burger goes on a tray not before the burger because the french fries get cold. Someone should also tell Kelly I guess she’s a manager there that she should get a shirt that fits that way she won’t have to keep tucking it in and handling food without washing her hands. Someone should also tell the other manager blonde hair wear glasses heavyset that would be the description that after she put chapstick on her lips is she should wash your hands. I’m a firm believer that the food should look like the picture a full container of french fries would have been nice but unfortunately that’s not the case with this particular Wendy’s. I know now why I stopped eating at fast food places I used to like Wendy’s now I have a different View.
