We had a 7:45 reservation on a Thursday evening and when we arrived the restaurant was packed. There were many tables ready to turn, however I think people were enjoying themselves so much that they were not as quick to leave their tables as expected so we had to wait about 20 minutes. The management staff kept us informed and even offered us a free glass of wine when we got to our table. Everything about our dinner was excellent from the bread, the fresh olive oil at our table and every dish. The Wait staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The vibe at the restaurant was fun. We will definitely be back!

Had high hopes for Zero Otto Nove, but overall it was just an average experience. The service was good and the staff were really nice and welcoming, which I appreciated, but the food didn’t live up to expectations.

We had the eggplant and zucchini appetizer, and it honestly tasted more like a lasagna than a fresh, veggie-forward starter. The pasta came with tiny clams that didn’t have much flavor, and the dish just felt underwhelming overall.

Also, the vibe was pretty flat so no real energy or ambiance, not the kind of place you’d want to hang out. Maybe we caught it on an off day. Decent service, but the food and atmosphere didn’t quite land.

Service here was excellent. Everyone was so polite and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. Our group of five ordered a salad, three pastas, and two pizzas. We especially loved the pizzas, which were flavorful and well-made, but the pastas felt a bit too simple and could use more depth of flavor. The wine and cocktail prices are very reasonable, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a great time here, and I would definitely come back for the pizzas.

Amazing food, beautiful restaurant, A+ service! Highly recommend. My wife and I visited while in NY and had a great experience. The prices are amazing, shockingly low. Can’t wait to be back next time we’re in town! Adonis was our server, he was great!

Best experience, I have ever had. The owner and staff went above and beyond. The wine bar across the street completely rejected us, but the owner at Otto welcomed us with open arms. I would eat here every day of the week just off of the customer service alone. Support good business.

Zero Otto Nove is an outstanding restaurant. It is mostly Italian. Meat, fish and pasta dishes are terrific. So are salads.

Wines are excellent. They have a good whiskey selection and good beers.

Table seating is comfortable, with enough room between tables to not feel crowded. Service is excellent. The wait staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Zero Otto Nove isn’t cheap, but it is fairly priced for its quality.

Highly recommended for small groups dates and for special occasions.

Overall the food was good but it’s not the best Italian in the city. We ordered a pizza, seafood soup and salad. The pizza we had was very different as it’s base was squash and it was a sweet and savory combo. The seafood pasta was very fishy and although it was flavorful the dish lacked luster. I thought overall the pricing was fair but this restaurant wasn’t a place I would be coming back to.

Amazing food, great service, and unique looking restaurant! Love the details of the building and especially how spacious it is! I was able to make a reservation a few hours prior to my desired time which was very convenient as well. We ordered the Diavola pizza, fettuccine in cartoccio, and the grilled calamari and shrimp; everything was delicious! Also, the server separated everything onto our plates for us as my husband and I split everything.

Amazing food, extremely kind staff, warm, inviting setting. Yummy margaritas, not too sweet. Sort of looks feels like you’re in a cave, inside the restaurant. Very cool. Emailed them to make a reservation as didn’t see availability on opentable and they were able to fit us in without issue. Wish I got more photos of the food and drinks but it was a really good experience. A bit warm inside and the chairs weren’t super comfortable but otherwise, a really nice evening!

Have to say, I am very very picky, but this place nailed it. Needed a last minute reservation for 7, no problem. We got there, they gave an excellent table on a Friday night. Place was busy, buzzing, but not overly loud. The food was great. I loved the non-meat pasta in tinfoil and the penne vodka sauce was great. I’ll definitely go back and hoping it’s as good bc I’ve crossed so many places off my list that I’m happy to add this place a new. Thank you.
