Sunday October 5, I ordered Chicken Alfredo from this Domino’s 8100 Highway 6. It was dry with probably just 2 tablespoons of sauce and threw in a few pieces of chicken. Some of the sauce was burnt. Penne was dry and tough. I had the same thing at ANOTHER Domino’s and that one was creamy and had mushrooms. I noticed that there are many complaints from long ago so apparently the owner doesn’t care about their customers.

Ordered 2 pizzas with pepperoni bacon and mushrooms, the bacon as just fat, one of boxes was saturated in grease at the bottom on one side, there was an onion in my pizza so I know this person did wash their hands or change they gloves and I will not back. The last few times the pizza was great and the bacon wasn’t fat. I don’t like the toss up of what I’m going to get.

Ordering our food on the app was so easy, as soon as my husband walked in the door our order was ready. The store was clean and busy with customers. The staff was friendly and polite.
Our order was made correctly and the food was delicious! We are long time customers and Dominos is our favorite pizza in our neighborhood.

This was the last straw.
I ordered the pan pizzas a couple of weeks ago and tonight.
On the order from a couple of weeks ago there didn’t seem to be sauce on the pizza (and I ordered pizza 2 nights in a row).
I called the store to inquire about the lack of sauce and it was explained to me that they use a smaller amount of sauce on pan pizzas.
I was also advised to ask for extra sauce the next time so I would get the usual amount of sauce on the pizza.
I followed that guidance this evening and what we got was SAUCE SOAKED PIZZA!!!! (See photos).
We WILL NOT be ordering from this store again.

This location is AWFUL. I placed my order and the tracker originally said ready at 6:56 pm. great! wrong. it kept moving back so i waited in my car. at 7:06 pm it said it was ready on the website. Perfectly fine time frame. I went in and showed her the tracker and she said “but it’s not ready” and i was there until it was ready at 7:25. I understand being busy and it taking time but the app being wrong is incredibly frustrating. Additionally, they did not give me the sauces in the box and i didn’t realize until i left. I don’t understand why yall can’t get it together.

We ordered Domino’s every week! Just got my pizzas asked for extra sauce they put on no sauce asked for the cheese combo with a different types of cheese. They didn’t put it on. The pizza is hard dried out and not fit to eat! Oh, by the way, it’s the gluten-free pizza! The one you paid twice as much for! I’ve tried to call the number numerous times, but nobody will pick up. It just gives the same advertisement! Not happy with this at all today. Went to Pizza Hut this week ! It was wonderful!! No more Domino’s for us !!

I love dominos ok. It’s a hill I will always die on – until I rented a house in this domino’s jurisdiction. This has to be the worst Dominos in existence. The order is always wrong, and it doesn’t taste very good even when they do manage to get it right? My roommate had given up on this location. My final straw was when against my roommate’s warning I ordered a pizza from here, which came absolutely butchered. not only was it the wrong toppings but it was barely cut, missing toppings on half of it, and looked like the driver had been in a wreck before they delivered it to me. So I tried calling, the phones weren’t working. of course lol
So then I drive down there, and had to argue with them to get my pizza remade. They finally remake my pizza and I watched this guy stop. in the middle of making my pizza, go to the bathroom.
..and then come out of the bathroom and continue making my pizza with dry hands and NO GLOVES

Wrong pizza was delivered, called the store twice for 10 minutes immediately and no answer. Wouldn’t let me file issue online because I wasn’t a member. I let it go for the night and found something else for my fam to eat. Tried the next day to refile claim online for the complete wrong pizza that was delivered and get the prompt “more than 16 hours” can’t report issue. Never ordering from here again. Should be completely refunded or atleast sent a guy back out with the right order, but no one would even answer the phone.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the team at this Domino’s, especially one employee who really stood out. He was training two new team members and still managed to provide excellent service with such a positive and calm attitude. Even though things were clearly busy, he stayed professional, patient, and kind to every customer apologizing for the wait and keeping everything running smoothly. You could really see his leadership qualities in how he handled everything and encouraged the team. It’s not often you see someone work that hard and still treat everyone with respect. Major props to him and the rest of the crew!

Food was delicious, excellently cooked, and bought on time! Didn’t take long from time of purchase and was able to enjoy everything with my family would suggest the plain wings and all the wing sauces so you can try every flavor! The bacon and jalapeño bread is good but if you like spinach dips the spinach and feta will melt in your mouth. The boneless chicken was perfect pieces and sauced perfectly. The Brooklyn style is the difference between regular and thin crust got the crunch but the fluff of a regular pizza and able to taste all the toppings! Delicious
