Watch out, they’ve got health department violation. The yogurt bowl was super watery and looked like puke. The manager wouldn’t give me a refund or a new one. It’s run by kids with no management experience. Plus, my DoorDash order was missing half of it, and the Trop manager said it wasn’t their problem.

I visit this location on the regular. I usually get the peanut butter cup. When I pop in during the morning drive, I always have a nice experience for the brief moment I’m there. Shayla (sic) is always very pleasant and friendly. The upper crust needs to know, they put the right person in charge of this location. And btw…the other employees are just as pleasant and nice. LOVE my pbc smoothie.

Well trained staff makes you feel valued from the moment you pull open the door. Food is consistent! We get the Tai chicken wrap and the extra time they take to assure all of the ingredients are blended makes a HUGE difference.

Ordered 2 bowls and 2 smoothies online for pickup. Got there to pick up my food and needed a cup holder. There was 4 workers there and none acknowledged me as I stood at the front with my bad and drinks. Cashier was talking to 2 customers, one worker was washing the blender containers but 2 girls were just standing there. So I ended up just leaving.
Got home and only one spoon was in my bag and no straws. The bowls were delicious though.

Update: I tried this place again after a year of not patronizing this location. Worse mistake. The seitan meat was not cooked properly, and the sandwich had absolutely no flavor. I’ve never had a sandwich this bad. I took a picture of the seitan. I wondered if this was intentional. It was a lot of talking going on while cooking. The meat was in chunks, no seasonings or flavor. I had to toss the entire sandwich. How to you ruin a sandwich you make daily?
Beware of this location. I was intentionally overcharged for vegan substitute. The cashier once asked why my bill was higher than the previous week for the exact same order said, she thinks vegan substitute is an up charge. When I asked several times to double check with the manager, she ignored me. I called the manager who was just as bad as her employee and said she would call corporate to ask and call me back. She never called back until I completed the survey from my receipt. It was then she called and said she lost my number but would offer me a free smoothie when I come back. I’m never going back there and everyone is offered
