I checked the bags before I left because I didn’t see any gravy for the chicken strips. They assured me the sweet and sour was in there… wrong. When I got home 14 miles later I opened up my TRIPLE flamethrower burger and it’s a double. For 30$ yall need to get something right. Even if I have to wait for that other patty to thaw out just let me know. You stacked the burgers and know what is there. I hate paying for food I don’t receive.

We come here all the time when we come in from South Carolina because our boys play baseball At WVU Tech. It has become a fairly terrible place to go to because they are very unprofessional and always wanting to close early and lock the doors to customers to clean the “lobby” which is their way of cleaning early and walking out the door at 10 instead of doing their job when the shift is over. They ended up letting us in the night because we called six minutes before getting there to see if the lobby was open and it was and then they tried to lock us out when we got there and we told them we drove there because we were told it was open. While we were in there, one girl was cleaning the floors and was slamming all the chairs around really loud around it just to be a jerk. This is my one and only Review at 53 years old. If this tells you how bad it was. Also had a lot of people walk up to the door in the 20 minutes we were there and had to leave. Unfortunately, one young kid that came there and went to leave ended up, backing into a car and was so upset about it and it should’ve never happened because he should’ve been inside eating. Somebody really needs to address the employees in the store.

Do not waste your time. The in side at 7:30pm will not notice or take care of you. Three cars outside in drive thru and 5 to 6 workers. We were the first of 11 people inside waiting to even be acknowledged we were there. After 5 minutes of no service we chose to go somewhere that cares about their costumers.

Me and my family came in around 8:30-9 last night, waiting for maybe 30 minutes for our order to be taken. When we finally got to the register the man was rude and ROLLED HIS EYES at me and seemed annoyed that we were even there. After my order was taken we waited 30+ minutes on our food, and the man kept forgetting about our ice cream and took forever to make it. Other customers got their ice cream way before us. So rude!!! The food was good, customer service was not!

Walked to place and dining room was closed by 8 pm. Asked if they could serve me and they told me I had to have a car to get service. Call ahead if you want service or go to Chick Fil A if you are in a hotel staying close to this area.

As you can see, the line was wrapped around the building (my car is at the end in the parking lot next door). Blame COVID-19. Took almost 40 minutes. Yet the crew was calm, polite and the food was fine. 5 stars for the crew.

I just left drive through, 1/10/25, went through drive thru. The employee told me to “go ahead”. Need more training on customer service skills. What should’ve been said by employee was, “How may I serve you today”?. Then after placing order I was not given a total for my purchase. I was told, “Pull around”. As to what should have been said,” Your total is $4.53, thank you, please pull around. It was a girl I spoke with, and it’s not just this one time of being spoken to in a rude manner, but several times. The guy at the window was pleasant. You may not like your job, but your customers are the reason you have a paycheck. I live off harper road but I’ll drive to Beaver for I have always had a great experience every visit! I know employers have to scrape the barrel just to find someone to stand there like a figure and do a half butt job. Let’s bring back the generation that actually know professional customer service skills!
