Order went out for delivery 2.3 miles from my house at 7:17pm. I called at 7:48to have it remade, didn’t want a cold order being that close especially. It was “remade” and looked as presented, clearly tossed and still lukewarm, and garlic knots were actually cold. Like literally cold, the butter has solidified and you can see it in the picture. I’m extremely disappointed in this location. I highly doubt I’ll be back and I DEFINITELY will defer people from that location. Volusia county Five Star – never ever had anything near this. Pizza wound up being delivered around 8:30 and cold.

Friday night Friday February 27th my daughter and I went into pick up pizza. Guy wish I would have got his name at the register is on the phone and as he’s talking you hear a bang and here it was our pizza. He apologized many times I told him no worries accidents happen I seen nothing intentional happen. He in returns offers to remake it and up it a size for the wait and inconvenience very professional and proper way to handle an issue. After it comes out he says I have it ready apologizes again and says thanks for understanding and being patient I told him absolutely. He seemed a little younger but the way he handled it an took care of the customer was truly amazing. I seen the guy down at the pizza making station shaking his head and you could tell seemed bother by this guys actions and words which I found to be very unprofessional and rude. But because of the fist guy and i interaction I will be back

Service was excellent. From the gentleman on the phone through the delivery driver. Food was average imo. My son would give it a 5, I say a 3 so we met in the middle. Pizza is too bready. Wings were great, very yummy hot sauce. Chicken bites forgettable. Also, expensive overall. I expect top notch for $22 a large pie.

A great place for pizza. Whole or by the slice. It’s always hot and fresh. It tastes delicious. Just the right amount of toppings and cheese. Especially love the pepperoni powerhouse. Plenty of great tasting pepperoni and cheese. I’ve yet to order extra cheese here because it always is enough for me. Service has always been efficient. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. It’s definitely a place that I keep going back to.

We always try and stop at 5 star pizzas when in Ocala, everyone but our daughter eats pizza so we always get a side order of just pepperoni for her. Not sure if they have new employees lady at register acted like asking for extra pepperoni on the side was weird. She asked the cook with a shitty attitude if he could do the side. Instantly say no I’m to busy. With two people in the whole place. Busy to do your job? Like we were asking for something for free. As a business owner I wouldn’t put up with this. Where’s the holiday spirit. We won’t be going back.
