I ordered a foot-long steak sandwich through Door Dash. The delivery driver came with the wrong chips and cookies. Where was my sandwich? It wasn’t his fault. I was credited $7.00 through Door Dash. I had to order the foot-long steak sandwich again. I canceled my Door Dash membership and will not be ordering anything from this Subway again.

Update: Went back recently, earlier in the day, not the same individuals as before and the service was much better.
Original: Closed the store at 9 when the hours on the door say open till 10. Ask them to open door, they don’t even approach me and just tell me it’s closed from inside, behind the line. Maybe change the hours of operations if you don’t want to do business until 10? Don’t leave your customers hanging like this.

If i could give them a 0 star i would. The girl who was making our subs at the Wyoming Avenue restaurant in Scranton pa could not make any of them corrrectly. Pretty sad it was ruush hour and she seemed to make other subs incorrectly. We orddered 4 subs and none were made correctly one was absolutely horrible… So we will not come back to this store……. We will go to the other restaurant

Depends on who you get. Some are good some are terrible. Main issue is the constant overturn. Let’s just say pay attention to how your sandwich is made or you might get something funky.

The bread they used was so smushed.. And they never cut the bread right so when you get your sandwich it’s all smashed in. I tried it few times.. NEVER AGAIN
