Over cooked or cooked then refried original chicken sandwich. Seems like BK is falling apart on their standards. Onion rings were good and fresh though. Also need smarter staff.

The drive through lady was extremely fast and was correct on my order. I especially liked it when she read back my order. Asked me questions, I wasn’t even thinking about on my food. I’m glad she did. I always love cheese on my whopper. And suggesting other things like up sizing my meal. Always polite when I come. And has left me with a smile. Of anyone needs a raise it’s her.

They cannot get your order right! I called they did a replacement, they still messed up my order. I will not be going back to this location again I waited for 10 minutes at the counter because they wouldn’t pay any attention when I walked in the door.

Spent $40 to get fries and onion rings with no zesty sauce as requested because they fail to have any care about doing their jobs and actually serving you. The manager that was on duty at 9pm October 13th thinks it’s a funny joke and honestly needs evaluated. I will never visit this location again. The other burger king is full of fun loving individuals. This one is a joke and the workers there tonight even more so. I recommend wendys if you need fast food on mt vernon ave.
