Worst place to get a pizza in this town, they couldn’t pay me to order again. The pizza we got was under cooked and was the cheapest looking pizza I have EVER seen. Had to pay $32 for this THING that I can hardly even call a pizza. Imagine getting greeted by a delivery driver with an attitude problem, granted everyone has their days, but going through the reviews on here it is obvious that is pretty normal.

Got this ad in our room and thought to try it. I tried to order online but it would only give me options for certain pizzas. I called the number to place an order and was told it would be 20 minutes for delivery. It took an hour and a half for the delivery. Pizza was decent but I’m not sure how they got $70 for 2 pizzas and 2 2 liter pops because that math ain’t mathing for me

Delivery driver just dropped our pizza off to hotel after yelling and screaming and cussing and asked us to come collect pizza from him threw our pizza on his hood and drove it in parking lot to us and said how he hated this town and his boss wouldn’t even care because his boss owns half the town anyways. Called management and they made every excuse about how delivery driver has Asperger’s. Well so does my son and if the delivery driver is known to act this way then have him box of pizza boxes and do dishes because that kind of treatment was not necessary. And for this company to not even offer a discount or refund for our treatment we received including every other hotel guest witnessing this as well…. I would NEVER refer any business to this company ever!!!

Im not sure what’s up with all the bad reviews, but the pizza we got was really good. We got the the Papa Zo Signature Pizza. Crust was crisp on the bottom and nice and chewy. It was loaded with toppings with a nice layer of cheese under the toppings. Was nicely seasoned. The only reason its 4 stars was because the mushrooms were under cooked. We went to the Nonna Lisa’s restaurant and ordered the pizza to go at the bar there. Took about 10-15 minutes. We got the 16″ for about $22 w/ tax.

After a long day of driving we wanted to stay in the hotel and order some pizza. We took a gamble knowing the total review score but we were hungry. Well I would say the reviews were to high. After the first hour we called and were told it was on the way. 40 minutes later and another call they said there was no way to tell. At 2 hours a knock on the door. Hungry we opened the boxes and one of the pizzas clearly slid sideways in the box and was only 2/3 as large as it should have been. Looks aside we dug in. Slightly better than flavored cardboard is the best I would give it. Not the absolute worst pizza I have ever had but it’s very very close. If you have ANY other options….take them!

85 dollars for 2 dinners and a 12 inch pizza. I was super hopefully this place would be great. I was wrong. This would be considered a 7-11 gas station quality pizza. Peried. This is not wood fired pizza even though they have a wood fire oven out front. Super doughy, flavorless pizza. Cheapest peperoni ive seen. Hell little ceasers does better. (If you know, you know).
As far as the pasta? The meat sauce is awful. If I had to guess, I’d say they’re using bagged meat and heating it up and adding a can of sauce for every 5 lbs of meat. How does an Italian restaurant screw this up? No clue.
To end this review, I truly can’t believe i just wasted such money on such a crap meal that I won’t even finish. Wish the owners would get better quality food and maybe chefs who know how to cook Italian if there gonna charge such prices.. leos coney island on 8 mile is better.
I have 0 problems paying good money. I would’ve paid 85 if my food didn’t taste like it was from the back of some mini van bought afterhours in a dark ally.

We ordered pizza and cheese bread for dinner around 9:15pm because there was a flyer in our hotel room suggesting Papa Zoe’s. After about 45 minutes my friend called to check up on the status and she was told they got slammed and it would be about 10 minutes more. Around 10:30 my friend called again and asked if the pizza was coming and they said “give us a few minutes to check” after being on hold for 5 minutes they came back and said it should be 10 minutes away. Around 11:10pm the pizza place called and asked if we were still expecting them to come and we said yes, they showed up 2 minutes later with reheated 2 hour old pizza and literal bread with cheese sprinkled on top of it that wasn’t even melted (I mean after 2 hours of waiting you would think they could atleast stick it in the oven for 2 minutes to melt the cheese). This was probably the worst tasting pizza we have ever had. They did offer a 25% discount for the wait but if I was you I would highly suggest you go elsewhere. It tasted like garbage and the customer service was terrible. Save your money because this place is THE WORST.

I was nervous after reading so many bad reviews, but there aren’t many options for delivery around here, and conveniently, local hotels pop up in their online ordering menu so you don’t need to punch in an unfamiliar adrs (only know your room number). Bad: The online ordering menu didn’t offer any beverage options!! (Not even water!) I’d give the pizza itself (pictured with meatball topping) 3 stars – would’ve been 4 but very salty and cheese low quality for the price. Good: I ordered online at 6:40pm on an early Aug (on-season) Monday night, and it was delivered to my hotel at 7:05, piping hot, plates and napkins included, by a polite driver. It was not burnt, like some reviews described.

First of all this place is a scam, it’s inside of Nonnas and that is very unclear. Violently overpriced and was delivered a Caesar salad with hot lettuce, soggy croutons, and microwaved to death chicken for over TWENTY DOLLARS!! I feel completely scammed by this place. Guys was super rude on the phone and acted all shocked when I actually came in to return my nasty food! Never ever ever eat here. Not worth your money or ur stress!!!!
