Walked in at 3 PM to order dine in the Manager comes to the front with several employees there and says sorry I can’t take your order you have to go through drive-through. We’re not accepting order is in the dining room right now because we don’t have anyone to cash you out.

There is a duality to this restaurant.. The night crew is absolutely amazing here every single time that time come to get food at night. However, I cant seem to get a good experience in the morning. Multiple times ive placed mobile orders and whoever is in the restaurant when I arrive behaves as if it is closed when the app and the web say it’s open. No response from the intercom, nobody at the window, nobody visible from the window whatsoever, lights are off. I’ve been there 20 minutes with no contact before having to cancel the order multiple times. One time I got service, but the girl tells me they dont have eggs for the sandwiches I ordered… which is honestly unacceptable, but I said whatever and took the breakfast sandwiches with no egg. Best part about that one was the passive aggressive “youre welcome,” after I stayed silent as she handed me the order… as if I was being done a favor by recieving lesser sandwiches. Food for thought.

Their stupid AI drive through got my entire order wrong and it refused to get me an actual staff member to help me. I just left. Im not gonna wait around for ten minutes just to speak to a person because corporate wanted to cheap out.

This…… place….. SUCKS!!! Barely any of the food is ready and it’s 1pm. No chili and any chicken sandwich’s is always a 10-15 minute wait. No drinks for days now!!!! I’ll never go here again. Go to Burger King across the street! They are always prepared for lunch.

I used to go here. Service is bad, no one wants to wait on you. Standing 3-5 minutes before someone acknowledges your existence is strange. Soda machine stays flat, I’ve even mentioned several times the drinks are flat. Just get strange looks. Luckily other places exist.

Drive thru AI taking our order was a disaster. Looped us around in questions to order and every time we said no we didn’t want the extras kept looping around with same question. Then when we got a live employee. They were rude.

A bunch of teenager on their phones not paying attention, mobile orders are effective they still take 15min after you arrive to be ready. Between the cost and the wait just goto an actual restaurant. This is ridiculous

The person that took our order was a man amd he just seemed lost, he was the manager, he them proceeded to the grill with the same gloves on that he just gave me my change with (which were already greasy ) to make food for front counter, and them proceed to come back to the front and prepare orders with the same damn gloves, like how is this the management, they had an off shift employee yelling back and forth to the grill having a personal conversation which was super rude we couldn’t even hear our own conversations the place was an absolute mess I witnessed no handwashing at all amd all kinds of cross contamination, also my spicey nuggets were so hard I didnt even eat them, 5 stars to the fry cook my fries were hot
