When you ask them for a fresh out of the grease chicken sandwich they don’t always make it fresh. There is a HUGE difference in the taste and the temp, yet they think we’re too dumb to not notice when we’re being lied to. Would appreciate a fresh sandwich when I ask for one.

Waited over 20 mins after arrived to pick up mobile order. They charged for extra sauces and did not give them to me. Items were missing twice. No apology or any sort of effort to correct issue. Plenty of people standing around talking with the manager standing directly in front of them.

I wanted to go get some food after getting off work around 8 pm and their lobby was closed. Very frustrating because I ride a bike and they don’t allow bikes through the drive through so I’m just screwed. Why is the lobby closed so early? Tuesday September 9th went in the Burger King drive-thru ordered food that’s the window they said we were banned because we are scammers if the workers and the manager made the food right and not keeping messing up our food we want to have to complain to them to remake it they can’t ban us just for calling a scammers because they don’t know how to make the food right but now I’m going to corporate The staff are mean to everyone and the managers are rude to everyone

I rarely eat fast food…however, EVERY TIME I go to this Burger King, it is EXACTLY the same. Everyone that works there is REALLY friendly, my food is fresh and hot no matter the time of day, and they are fast and efficient. I finally said something to the girl working the drive thru. I told her what I thought and she said that she really loves her job and her coworkers are all very nice. I told her to please let her manager know that it doesn’t go unnoticed. Their employees truly stand out from their competitors! With prices rising nonstop, I would rather pay the extra to have the service I received at this location. Y’all are TRULY AMAZING people!
