We had called earlier that day and they didn’t answer. There was also multiple calls while we were there and the waitress ignored them. We had a party of 7. Our waitress sat us at two different tables and got angry when we moved them together. When she came to take our order for drinks and food she said nothing and just stood there and looked at us. Got chicken alfredo, but by the way there’s no chicken. Also, we got garlic parmesan boneless wings, but the sauce was only on half the wings as you can see in the picture below. At least we could cut up one of the plain wings and put it in the chickenless chicken alfredo. Our waitress was very unpleasant and made the atmosphere very tense. This was my second experience with the same waitress and our service has been unsatisfactory both times. Came for a good time, but our waitress was very rude. Hope the service improves.

We were really hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit missed the mark in several ways. There were two of us — my friend ordered an appetizer, and we both ordered main dishes. Oddly enough, my wings came out before her appetizer, which already set things off on the wrong foot.
When the wings arrived, I was genuinely confused. Supposed to be 8 wings — what I actually got was about 4 that could pass as wings, and the rest looked like fryer scraps. Tiny, dry, rock-hard pieces that were cold by the time I bit into them. Check the photos — this is not an exaggeration.
The appetizer came out after my wings (yes, really) and while it tasted okay, the dipping sauce was sitting out in a giant open pan with no lid, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in cleanliness or freshness.
Finally, the pizza. Messy presentation, ingredients looked carelessly tossed on, and the whole thing just didn’t feel well-prepared. Neither of us finished even half of our meals — and again, the photos speak for themselves.
We didn’t go in expecting a five-star meal, but we did expect something decent and hot, served in a logical order. Instead, the whole experience felt careless.

Go amanda! Great service with smile. Pizza was good. I like pizza. I had a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, special pizza, chicken bacon ranch pizza, pineapple pizza, some bbq pizza, veggie pizza. I like pizza, made me happy. I do not like salad but look like good sellexction. Mmmm.

Amanda, my server, was FANTASTIC! Her attitude while taking care of the ENTIRE lunch rush, buffet stocking, hostess role, bussing of the tables and loading the dishwasher was also fantastic. I do question why there’d be 2 managers in a lunchtime meeting, leaving her to work the front end alone. . While I did compliment Amanda in person, I also would’ve liked to tell the managers face to face about your wonderful employee. Good staff is hard to get, so don’t take her for granted. Someone might make her a better offer.

The Pizza Hut Buffet is in full force here in Celina. M thru F (11 to 1) and Wednesday night from (5 to 7) it was fantastic. Fresh salad, a great selection of Pizzas and gooey and cheesy vegetarian pasta Alfredo. This is what Pizza Hut should be doing all the time. I most definately be back!

Pizza is amazing…best pizza chain around (at least way better than dominos and oc little caesars) but idk if they have been really understaffed but waiting times are way longer than the app promises, so if the app says “ready in 15 minutes” give them another 15 at least, that being said I’m pointing to “Pizza hut” for that, not the employees, they’re always trying their best

Order pizza online, 45 minute wait. Show up 45 minutes later, workers everywhere but nobody will acknowledge me standing there. Eventually find out they haven’t yet started my pizza and won’t start for 10 more minutes. Fair enough, maybe a busy night. When I return one of the workers berated me because I had the audacity to order a pizza on a Tuesday night when they were busy. Have since found the St Mary’s PH to be much better.
