Went through the drive thru. Guy who took order was really nice. However the food wasn’t good I ended up throwing my food away maybe it’s not a good idea to come at end of day. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Tell.me how the chicken hard and it looks like a pork chop. I’ll just go during the day when the managers are there.

Husband went to go pick up some lunch. He pulled up and there was nobody in the parking lot so at first he thought they were closed. However they were in fact in there so he went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of their bag meals. He was asked to pull around, which was odd because there was no other customer there. So he pulled around. After waiting what was 20 minutes he witnessed a woman and her child walk in get her food and walk out. So he decided to walk in and see what the hold up was. There was one small girl working at the front and one young guy working in the back. He still had to wait another 10 minutes in the store for them to make the order because apparently it was never even started. This is ridiculous considering virtually no other customer came thru with the exception of that one woman the whole 45 minutes he was there. The phone never rang, no to go orders being made. Then, to top it all off, after eating a few bites of his food he is on the toilet with an upset stomach. This is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning when we can drive 10 minutes and be at the Hardee’s in Wendell where the service is optimal and never a disappointment.

I used to eat here near every day. Staff Has rotated, and idk what the hell happened but I almost vomited today from my burger – couldn’t even finish it. The patty tasted like, and looked like, it was boiled. Not to mention I paid extra for the double burger and only got one patty….
Just picked it apart and when I tried to eat just the bun, it tastes like it’s freezer burnt.

This location is horrible. Cold, dried out western burger with 2 different size buns. Onion rings were hot, but crumbly and smashed into the box. Almost $20 for 2 meals and they both looked like this. Zebulon fast food restaurants need to do better.

I came thru the drive thru at 1:15 to order four of their bag combos. I was asked to pull around while my food cooked.
I go inside after about 20 mins of waiting for refills. I then see other orders being made and passed out the window and the front register.
The GM sitting at the table working on what looked like a schedule, meanwhile the sandwich maker needed help. He comes back their to help with NO gloves on…
The crew working was excellent!! They were very nice.
I literally walked out the restaurant at 1:50pm with my food.

There was no one working the drive thru, so we got out to go in. There were approximately 7 people ahead of us waiting for their food. There were police outside the restaurant so I don’t know if that had something to do with them not serving customers but we waited more than 30 minutes for 2 biscuits and some hash rounds. Won’t visit that store again!!!

Staff is friendly. I am a huge fan of Hardee’s biscuits and gravy. But about half the time, the biscuits here are either under or over done. While I like most of their menu, the new pork chop and gravy biscuit is horrible in my opinion. There is a ton of breading and very little pork. What little pork there is is just not very good.

If I could give them no stars I would. Got a chicken sandwich asked for no lettuce no tomato’s no lettuce I am allergic they gave it to me with them on it. Then told them I can’t eat it they remade it with it on it again and the girl who was making it told me they come with it i said can u make it with out she seemed pissed. Then got a crappy little hamburger with stale bread threw it all out $14 in the trash

All I can say is at least the inside of the restaurant seems clean… probably because they barely ever have customers that sit inside. The staff there is usually rude, it’s always a rushed interaction like the employees don’t want to do the jobs they signed up to do. The food is usually bad, probably due to the lack of energy of the staff to do their job. They just throw things together to get you out of the way. They have people pay and finish at the drive thru in what probably seems like record time to corporate but then they make the customers wait at the other side of the restaurant exit and someone comes out to hand you the food 15+ minutes later. I’ve given this Hardee’s plenty of chances but I won’t be a customer here any longer. I HIGHLY recommend Burger King across the street if you’re in need of fast food. I Won’t be surprised if this Hardees location gets closed down eventually.
