I would like to direct this review to a young man contemplating taking his date to dunkin’. I’m imagining that he is a high school junior, drives a truck and wears plaid or camo. Let’s call him Dakota. I’d like to write directly to him at this point: D, the only way I can, with a clear conscience, recommend you taking Ashley to Dunkin’ is if you don’t make a big thing of it. If you pick her up from her house before school, hit the drive thru on your way, pay for everything without flenching, then I think it’ll be fine. You may even be able to build toward taking her on a proper date (chilis, Olive Garden, etc). But under no circumstances should you take her here after school. No way. Strictly AM. Before 8am, ideally. That’s my advice. But Dakota, we’re obviously different people. But I’m rooting for you. (Apple fritters).

Great coffee! The employees there are amazing but the manager seems to have a serious problem. I came through once with her at the window and she had an amazing attitude and she was very sweet. One morning I was in a rush and I ordered light ice because my teeth are horrible and the ice hurts my teeth. She told me that that would mean there would be less than the cup and I really wasn’t trying to wait for another coffee so I told her don’t worry about it so since then she has had a really bad attitude when I come through the drive-thru line. She handed me my coffee and I said thank you and waited for her to hand me my straw. I said thank you once again and she stayed quiet and continued to roll her eyes at me. If you don’t want the job you have then just go. You think someone is trying to get more than what they paid for and really I’m just trying to not have my teeth hurting. Your assumptions are making you look horrible.

Terrible service, middle aged black lady with the buzzed head was clearly having a terrible day and taking it out on customers. Snappy, rude, and disrespectful to every person she served. I asked to order food and she rudely yelled no bread with no other explanation so I tried to order something else food wise to which she increased her volume shook her head and blurted no food. Completely incompetent employee this location needs better customer service training or to get her outta there.

Can NEVERRRRR get my order right, so rushed with no line infront or behind me which is just bad for sales period and I can’t even call about my order due to it saying its not a good number. So how are u to even call. I dont have time in the mornings to turn around n come back. So I best get my correct order or my money back when I walk back in with my reciept. This plus needs to get it together!

Absolutely atrocious service!!! Front door was locked and a customer had to let me in??? Finally, got up to the counter and was told “at least” 20 minutes on a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. The employees have no motivation and couldn’t give a damn. There are plenty of other places around, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Been coming here every morning and getting the same thing. Today, a new, bald lady I’ve never seen before was there and she was blatantly rude at the menu then it took forever to get my donuts and small coffee. Then when I got to the window she obviously didn’t want to be there. She aggressively gave my my donuts and wrong coffee order. Then she proceeds to rudely toss my debit card at me into my car. I hate to have to find somewhere else for breakfast but this scenario has definitely made me want to choose somewhere else

Milledgeville is the ONLY location that I know requires you to get ice in your refresher. I am a traveling healthcare worker and I’ve never had a problem getting my drink without ice. I always ask for very little ice and my cup is over halfway filled when I get it. The customer service given is based on how the workers feel when they wake up I guess. I come everyday because I love the refreshers. They also tend to be a little stingy with the juice sometimes too. This is how much drink you will get if you decide to get it with no ice.
