I never leave reviews but this is wild. I ordered from this Dominos via DoorDash, which was supposed to be a medium thin crust Meatzza, but as you can see there is no meat and also no cheese, not to mention that it is burned to a crisp. Completely inedible. DoorDash only gave me $5 in credit for the trouble unfortunately.

do not recommend. Second time in two weeks getting the order wrong.

Medium Handmade Pan from Domino’s. Extra cheese…supposed to come with 2 layers -added a “third” extra ham, and extra mushrooms. Somethings missing right? Did they dump the extra toppings in the trash?

Supposedly, they remake your pizza if it’s wrong. Instead of offering, they told me the cheese was covering the extra toppings. Guess what? It wasn’t. The crust was also doughy and undercooked. The only redeeming factor was that I’m now full

Think I’m going somewhere else from now on SMH .

I order here often & they’re always great! Tonight the driver Sean, forgot our soda. I was bummed but didn’t wanna bother calling. A little while later there’s a knock on the door & it’s Sean with the forgotten soda. I know it’s just a soda but it meant a lot that he went out of his way to bring it. So just wanted to shout him out for doing that.

It’s already bad enough that online order won’t let me pay because of technical issues that keeps happening time and time again, but now it gone worse with taking order in person…

I said I want 16 pieces and 8 pieces of hot wings, but instead the people who takes my orders keeps getting it wrong all because they couldn’t hear me all because everything in the kitchen is too loud, and I just don’t want to shout

Like today, I want 16 pieces and 8 pieces of hot wings, but instead I got 8 pieces of hot wings and 16 pieces of BBQ wings,

Only thing I wish is the online order to be fixed completely so I don’t have to deal with this, along with them doing something about something in the kitchen being too loud for them to hear me…

I called to use a coupon and they verified that the coupon was good. After we ordered it was not applied and wouldn’t take our gift card over the phone for. Then when we received our food the pizza had bubbles in it and wasn’t good. The topings were all gone. They fell off. I called the store for a solution to my problem and they said since there was only three pieces left they wouldn’t refund me. I had company over and there was definitely one piece per person. How were we supposed to know it was bad until we took a bite and the food was hallow. The guy said we don’t refund those pizzas and got off the phone. Super disappointed in the whole experience. Definitely don’t go to this store.

This past Monday I ordered a pizza online. I’ve ordered several times online before and I always pay online to avoid extra contact inside of the store. There’s a black man that works there who insited that I sign the receipt. I told him that I’ve never had to do that before when I pay online. He became aggressive and was trying to will me into giving a tip. Once he seen I didn’t write in a tip he lost it. I was scared but couldn’t show it. That man is a ticking time bomb who tries to intimidate customers. Although I’ve been coming to this location for years I will now avoid this location. I was so scared he was going to come from behind the counter on me. He’s rude and too aggressive. Not at all a great representative of this company. After to speaking with another person that frequents this location, I was told he intimidated them and they felt obligated to sign the receipt and tip so he could be happy although they paid online and have never been required to sign inside before.

The pizzas were good. It was the service that was terrible…specifically an employee named Gary. I placed an online order for delivery; left additional instructions to deliver at 5pm same day (as I placed the order earlier around 1:15pm.) and call me when driver is near residence. After submitting my online order, the screen didn’t refresh to indicate that my order went through. I checked my email and saw a confirmation email. I opened up the email and read through it to ensure it’s correct. I noticed that it said my order was going to be delivered in 18-29 minutes; which was not what I wanted. So I decided to call the restaurant. Gary answered and I was explaining to him about my request on specific delivery time. He responded, with a rude tone, that I should’ve called immediately upon placing the order to let them know about the delivery instructions and proceeded to tell me that it’s too late because my order has already been placed in the oven. I explained to him that I had put the instructions on the online order. He then said that they don’t read the additional instructions until after the order has been placed in the oven. ‍♀️ I explained to him that I called as soon as I verified that my order actually went through (receipt of confirmation email) and after reading through the email. He responded in a very rude manner by telling me I should learn how to use the app.…or something to that nature. I didn’t hear his last word because by then I was getting frustrated with his tone and manner. I also told him to go ahead and deliver when the order is ready; since they already put it in the oven. He said, “No, we’ll deliver on time requested”. Again, I said it’s okay, just deliver when it’s done. And again, he said no…no, we’ll deliver on time requested. So we ended the conversation with that. Almost an hour later, my sister informed me that the pizzas were already delivered (at her house), and was left on the porch with no one being aware that it was already delivered. I didn’t check the box “leave on front porch” and specifically instructed to call me when the driver is near the house so I can have someone come out to receive the order. According to Gary (when I called back to tell him about the delivery service), he said the driver tried calling via the app but the call was not going though. And I can understand that, but the driver should’ve at least rang the doorbell; that way someone will know to check the front porch. Bottom line: I was not pleased with the customer and delivery service…specifically Gary who took my call. It’s just unfortunate for me as I left a pretty good tip via online. To the manager: please teach your staff about customer service on the phone and in person and maybe read through the entire online order…to include the additional instructions…before processing/making order. I’ve ordered from Dominos many times and this is the very first time I’ve ever experienced this. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this particular location again.

App said it was ready showed up and the person behind the counter said no it will be ready in 45mins…. They also refused to deliver to PLU gym. No explanation was given and when I asked the guy to clarify the time he talked to me lol I was stupid. If I wasn’t feeding my club players who came to watch a match I would have canceled the order.
