Good and friendly service.
Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I had a terrible experience with our take out. She is pregnant and was craving chicken fries. So I went to go get her some. However, they were extremely stale and cold. My girlfriend ate two and couldnt go anymore. I tried one to see for myself and they were very hard/stale and cold. Now here I am with a pregnant girlfriend that still has a crave for chicken fries.

We decided to try the Spider-Verse Whopper meal. It has an interesting red bun. The burger was very juicy and tasty!

i ordered 2 separate times and they got my order wrong both times. First time they gave me 2 regular mozzarella fries instead of the SPICY ones from the how to train your dragon. So i ordered a 2nd time hoping they’d get it right. THEY MESSED IT UP even more. I yet again got regular mozzarella fries & instead of the pink lemonade i got 2 sprites and THEY ONLY GAVE ME A 3 refund

We recently had a big family lunch at the Burger King in Santa Cruz, and let me tell you, they impressed! It was a Sunday afternoon, and while we were practically the only ones there, our large order for 6 people took a bit longer than usual. Totally understandable!
Here’s the amazing part: despite the wait and what seemed like a short staff, our order was perfect. Not a single missing item, everything exactly as we ordered on the mobile app. Huge props to the staff for handling our big order with such accuracy, especially while being short-handed. There was only 2-3 people working there when we were there.

The food lately has taken to long to get after ordering and it’s warm at best.
Good deal for the $6.00 meal on the cheap but that is about it!
After observing this location for sometime over the years it’s never busy and I don’t understand how this location can stay in business!

Worst burger king I’ve ever been to. The food I got last night at 930 taste like it was prepared at lunch time. Fries were old, cold, hard. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers add onion, which should’ve been a fresh sandwich since they don’t come with onions. The burger was cold, bun was hard and it literally had one ring of onion on it. Chocolate chip cookie was even horrible, it was way to hard. Ended up throwing most of it away. Do better. Why feed someone some garbage you wouldn’t eat yourself

Trash. This store should be banned. The food they cook is raw and it is very bad. The taste is horrible. The food that they use is very old and the meat is trash. They should be bad and they should also pay back the customers because there are too many disgusting food. also the service is horrible. It takes at least 30 minutes to get your order. This is not fast food this is even slower than going to a restaurant. inside the people talk trash, they keep saying random words and curse, and they are also really slow at working. The drive-through line takes at least five minutes to get each order down and the doors going into the restaurant are all closed. They close it off and lock it on purpose so they don’t have to work as much the people inside also look like gang members and overall just don’t come here if u want food. definitely the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. Never experienced such horrible service at any other Burger King chain in America.
They closed down the entire store in the middle of the day because apparently everyone was on a lunch break…at the same time.
I ordered on the BK app and showed up at their store at the pick-up time and saw several people waiting outside in the cold because the doors were locked. I knocked and ask why the doors were locked because the store is supposed to be open, and an angry lady greeted me and basically said “f off, we’re on our lunch break, wait 30 minutes” and then proceeded to slam the door in my face.
I’m going to McDonald’s next time.

Worker Hispanic Male taking orders
Was giving 4 drinks with out cup holder had to request for it. Ordered 2 kids meal and only received one. I told the guy and I guess he didn’t understand so I told him to look at the reciet. He said I only ordered one so I asked for the receipt and it said I ordered 2. He tried to give me the change for the other kids meal but I told him I want the food. The whole time he didn’t have a good attitude and did not apologize after his mistake and trying to lie I did not order 2 kids meals. I’m not too sure why it took so long for the other girls in the back to help as they just stood there and watched. Then later found out we were not given straws. I know now evening hours is not the time to go there
