I ordered from DoorDash. I was missing two of my drinks and all my food was spilled in the bag. So I called the restaurant to see if they can comp me for my drinks and some of the food and they weren’t willing to help. They told me that it was DoorDash‘s problem and ordering from DoorDash. Very unprofessional very rude customer service.

Placed an pick order. Food was not great at all. Chicken in biryani smells bad and they serve frozen Bread( Naan) and charge $4.99 a piece .Not Recommended the restaurant at all. Better make some food at home n enjoy instead wasting stupid money at their food.

We had dinner here last night and the experience was exceptional. Mickey was our server and was very helpful with his recommendations. We didn’t know much about Indian food so we just went with whatever items he said, and they were absolutely fantastic. Two of us shared a couple of small plates and then a pizza. The small plates had great flavor and also great texture – samosas fried to perfection, so crunchy with delicious sauce. And then the pizza was excellent; I would prefer it any day to most “regular” pizzas I’ve ever had. It had tons of flavor and a really great crust. If you love Indian food, this is your place. But also, if you’re not sure if you’re an Indian food fan, this is the place I would try. I think any palette would have loved the food we had last night, and the phenomenal service made it that much better.

We were traveling from Wisconsin to chicago and stopped here to late dinner. Atmosphere and decor looked amazing. Comes to good, we had bad luck. Chicken tikka was not good. Chicken didn’t seem freshly cooked. Had diarrhea within minutes for having few bites, may be I was unlucky with their food and hopefully other customers have better luck than mine. Lassi was good. Paneer tikka was good in taste. We paid $$ cash, which they gave us 10% discount on the bill.

Went here for a dinner with a friend. We both like Indian food, but rarely eat it. We decided to give this place a try, and wow! The food was excellent. We tried 3 different appetizers and an Indian pizza. We let our server pick all the food for us. Each dish had its own unique flavor, and the textures, spices, and ingredients all worked very well together. Our server, Mickey, was very attentive and helpful. If you’re looking for something other than the usual burger, wings or taco place, don’t hesitate to give Jalsa try.

The food was incredibly delicious, and the customer service provided by Nikita and her husband was top-notch. The crew was friendly and efficient, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. We ordered a variety of dishes, including Panner tikka pizza, chat, chicken tikka masala, kaju masala, and kadhi chicken, and every single one of them was perfect. We could taste the freshness of the ingredients in each dish. This was our first visit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon. I highly recommend this place

Butter chicken & lamb curry were so good and you HAVE to get the garlic naan. Tried the Taj Mahal beer too, great lager! Can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu.
