Great Ice Cream spot still open in Virginia Beach. Located in the Cape Henry Plaza next to Hot Tuna.
They have a bunch of different flavors and even fall specials! The ice cream is great very rich and creamy. There is a video attached of some of the flavors.

First time visitor. Excellent, creamy, homemade tasting ice cream. Tried the coffee chip and cookies and cream, and they were excellent. Prices are not inexpensive, but certainly worth it based on the quality. Staff was extremely prompt and polite as well. Would highly recommend!

I couldn’t resist stopping by Blue Cow in Virginia Beach three days in a row during my vacation—and each visit was just as wonderful as the last! As someone whose stomach sometimes protests at dairy, the fact that I never had so much as a twinge speaks volumes about the quality and freshness of their ingredients.
From the first lick, you can tell you’re getting something special: the ice cream is unbelievably creamy, with bright, true-to-flavor profiles in every scoop. Whether I was indulging in their classic vanilla or sampling one of their inventive seasonal flavors, each bite felt freshly churned and perfectly balanced.
Just as impressive as the ice cream itself was the customer service. Every team member greeted me with a warm smile, took the time to chat about their favorite flavors, and made me feel right at home—even as a three-night regular! Their genuine enthusiasm for what they do added an extra sprinkle of joy to my experience.
Blue Cow has officially set the bar for ice cream in my book. I seriously wish we had a spot like this back in Baltimore! Now, whenever I’m in VA Beach, you can bet I’ll be making a beeline for Blue Cow. Highly recommend for anyone craving top-notch ice cream and exceptional service.

It’s seriously tough to have a favorite ice cream shop in this town! This place was phenomenal. We tasted a couple of flavors and it was so hard to choose. The flavors are not your run of the mill and they are fantastic. Waffle cones appear to made in house, the they are filled to the very bottom. Service was excellent, the shop was super cute and clean. We will be back.

The ice cream here is fantastic! I highly recommend trying the ice cream flight so you can try not just one but 4 flavors. The ice cream flight is great to split with a friend or a date. Very reasonable prices. They also have to go pints if you’d like to take some home. Definitely try the chocolate brownie and banana pudding flavors! I also like that they recycle the spoons. Nice to see companies being environmentally conscious. There are many gluten free flavors here.

Great flavors…mine tonight was Brown Butter Pecan & Three Ships Coffee Chip. And a friend had the Mint Chip & Peanut Butter Fudge with waffle cone! The fresh made waffle cone aroma was so good while you picked your ice cream flavors from friendly scoopers!!!

Blue cow ice cream is the best. The goat cheese with blueberry swirls is amazing. Love walking in to the smell of waffle cones. They are great. Timothy L is a remarkably hard worker and keeps this place sparkling clean!
