SUPER disappointed. We come here pretty often and the food and service are usually good. This time we got our food order completely wrong. We watched them prepare our food therefore we didn’t think we’d have to check our food order though as we got home it was wrong. We received no crab Rangoon’s that we ordered. And one of our plates was completely wrong. The other plate had a wrong entree. Make sure you check your food before you leave unless you want to end up like us paying extra and not receiving what we ordered.

Food was good. Unfortunately ZERO halal options so we had to stick to shrimp. All the tables were dirty which really took away from the experience- they also don’t do samples anymore so you can’t taste before you decide which option you want. They have the chopsticks hidden for some reason, only forks are out, you have to go ask for chopsticks if you want & they’ll give you one. We said our order was to stay, and they still put the food in the to go box which was so odd.

Don’t leave without checking your order!! They’re terribly Inconsistent. Sometimes the entree is packed with meat, most times there’s almost none. I even specifically ASKED THEM THIS TIME “can you please make sure there’s a serving of beef in the beef and broccoli bowl because last few times there’s been literally two pieces”. She apologized and said she’d make sure. I should’ve opened it right in front of her, because sure enough EVEN AFTER ASKING shorted again! A grown man supposed to eat barely two fork fulls of meat for lunch??!! He’s chronically ill and it’s imperitive that he have ample protein. People eat to live folks, get it together! And for $8.00 for a bowl? Now I have to cook more protein for him on top of the time and money I just spent. Thanks a lot Panda.

First time I tried this place was the chicken teriyaki which was undercooked. I thought to try it again. When I pick up my order egg rolls were burned and my Beijing beef that was old I was laughed at when I asked for a fresh order of food.

They are cutting the noodles! Literally ! “Chow Maine” noodles are more veggies w chopped/cut up noodles. They swing it with a “new” person serving. Make sure you get your $10+ dollars worth for a plate. SCAMMERS!

When dining in they give a physical plate about 1/2 the side, then when asking about it the manager was extremely rude, and made a comment saying “we don’t play games”. Extremely unprofessional WOULD NOT GO AGAIN
