We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 gyros, delicious, fries, delicious, customer to employee interaction, eh sub par at best. On the main issue, lets discuss this cheese cup they gave us. Come on man this is the most disrespectful cup of cheese ive ever seen, its like they scooped it off of the drip tray of the dispenser… I ordered a large curly this might be enough for 2 curls. You did good but you could have done better. Ill go ahead and share how far it got it.

The food is good. There seems to be an issue with ordering and getting the food in a timely manner. We used the drive through a while ago and noted it seemed to take longer than normal to get our food. My Wife called a ban on this Arby’s due to it slowness. This was inconvenient as this Arby’s is kitty corner from Where my Wife works in Grove City and it would be a super convenient place to stop for a meal before she went to work. That being said, we stopped going there until they began to offer their crispy fish sandwich. Which is excellent, by the way. Yet the first order after a long hiatus was a drive through order where we waited by the window after confirming our online order using the drive through order speaker. We waited about 10 minutes after the time the App said the order should be ready. Then someone noticed us and gave us our order that had been sitting in the online order spot and had apparently been ready for some time if we had just been noticed or there had been any organized follow through on a drive through pickup online order. We decided to try again today and I thought I would just go in and order in person so there would be no delay due to not noticing us in the drive through. I waited while it took them ten minutes to take my order due to them having problems making change for the person who preceded me in line. Then my order was taken and another 5 minutes went by, which was normal as I had ordered 3 fish sandwichs and they apparently had to fry the third fish fillet in order to complete the order.
After considering the situation I noted the following things. The short black lady knew what she was doing and the tall bald white guy also appeared to be knowledgeable. Everyone else that I could see seemed to be either in need of training, in need of better access to the till, or not really interested in trying to be timely. Breaking a large bill should not cause a 10 minute delay. I felt sorry for the short black lady as I could tell she expected me to get excited about the situation. I was grinning most of the time but my grin is not too noticable. I am glad I got to witness the in store processes and I would strongly suggest that more training be emphasized and a bit more delegation done in till access. Perhaps some positive motivators for getting people to feel that doing things in a timely manner benefits them and the store as a whole. Anyway, the food was good and there are some good people there, it just seems to be a bit disorganized and some of the people unmotivated.

4th time in 2 months no roast beef. No customers inside or in drive thru. 7:30pm 1/15/25. Was advised thru the speaker no roast beef. Replied why it’s the 4th time in 2 months? Clerk said it’s 7:30ma’am. So management at Arby’s – I’ve been coming here for decades while the same problems are not addressed and your clerks say you budget for the day what meat should be cooked. You’re forecasting fail has lost a great customer to Arby’s on 665. Ridiculous to Know you will run out yet not to close your doors- REGULARLY! Long waits in drive thru is also deal killer. We’re done.

I will never go back to this Arby’s because this is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this, but this was by far the worst. It was 1pm on a Saturday so I expected it to be a little busy, but what I did not expect was to wait in the drive through for 35 minutes. I had to repeat my order 4 times to the guy, when all I wanted was a 3 piece tender combo with a large curly fry and a large unsweet tea. They gave me 2 tenders, a medium curly fry, and a medium tea, charged me for the large fry and an extra drink. And everything was cold. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

I was there on November 24 and from the start it was disaster. The doors were still locked when they should’ve been open. It took someone a while to come unlock the door. There were two young kids just goofing around cussing eating food while there were two young ladies that were somewhat working. The lady upfront was the one doing most of the work, but it’s the two gentlemen, that really made the whole experience terrible I’ve never seen such lazy people in a workplace before

Went through the drive thru and had the absolute worst experience I have ever had.
The service was incredibly slow…thought for sure they must be short handed. When I finally got up to the window I thanked the girl for marking the lids on the drinks because that doesn’t happen as much as you’d like.
That was obviously hilarious to the crew working there because almost immediately there were 4 people staring out the window howling in laughter. So much for giving them the benefit of the doubt for being short handed.
The food quality was terrible….didn’t want to eat it as it was stone cold and had obviously been sitting for quite a while.
What a waste of time and money. I’ll NEVER go to that Arby’s again and if I had my say every one of those people including the manager would be looking for new jobs.

What a joke of a place. I waited 35 minutes for an order today, with less than 10 orders on screen. The manager Jen was more was more concerned making small talk and talking about how she had to do it all than actually doing it all. Finally my order was ready but of course they’re out of items. No offer for a refund, even after I asked for it.

Your employees Brian and Mikayla are troopers for running a rush on 2 people, without closing inside or drive through. As a company, you should be ashamed that you allow them to work alone, unaccommodated, running a store that requires 3 people minimum positionally.

This location seems to close early whenever they feel like it. They all hang around the parking lot smoking. Not sure why they dont just go home. Must be because they’re still on the clock? At the drive through speaker one of the girls sitting outside told me they were open and someone would help me, but no one ever did. Another girl must’ve sensed she was in trouble because she approached my car and told me she worked at Olive Garden. Here are pictures of them sitting around outside. And also the girl with purple hair who just straight up ignored me at the drive thru. This was 1025pm.
