Lots of variety in burger/chicken sandwich types. I had the Spicy Jalapeño Baha Chicken Sandwich along with the spicy fries and it was all delicious. Okay beer selection, wish they had beer on tap as opposed to just in bottles; frosted mugs for the beer was a nice touch, though. Prices were kinda high for a burger place, but portions were good and food arrived quickly after ordering. A great option if you want something a step or two above your standard fast food burger.

The burgers here were extremely good. I got a single spicy burger with guacamole. I forgot the name of it, but I’ll include a picture. I also got a chocolate milkshake, which I split with a friend, and it was very big. The staff were more than willing to split the milkshake into 2 glasses, and I was so surprised to find that the milkshakes were still big. Overall, a very good burger place.

Another bad experience at Smashburger, which used to be one of my favorite places. No line at the half full restaurant, but still a 25 minute wait for our burgers. When it finally arrived, it was not what I ordered. I had a BBQ bacon smash with cheddar cheese, what I got was missing bbq sauce and the fried onions, and with cheddar cheese on top of the American cheese. Asked for it to be remade, and at least got bbq sauce that time, but no onions and American ‘cheese’ instead of cheddar. My daughter was already done with her burger so I didn’t get it remade again. Problems like this – slow service when not busy, misprepared dishes have been common on my last few visits, which is why I hardly come here any more.

Good food. Excellent flavours. The burgers are nice, but the choices of sides isn’t duplicated anywhere else. Check out the picture of a Buffalo Blue Cheese burger with Crispy Brussels Sprouts. (The dipping sauce is plain old ranch.) My nephew had the Fried pickles, and my wife got Rosemary Fries, so we all shared. All were good.
We were concerned about getting the Brussels sprouts when ordering… they though they were out until next week when the next shipment was due to arrive, but they managed to scrape together ONE last order for us!

This place has been going downhill in customer service and food quality. Time to drain the swamp before things get worse. My attached picture says it all. Looks like they scrapped up whatever leftovers they had to make my meal. Not cool bro

This place used to be great. Service is now slow and the menu is difficult to figure out what you can order. Also, when 3 of us ordered on one ticket and waited, the food trickled out of the kitchen(over the span of about 5 minutes). Mine was last out for whatever reason, and was also luke-warm at best. Other’s food was warmer. Fries were barely warm too. Burgers still taste good, but I’m not planning to go back any more unless I have reason to believe they’re trying to fix their issues.

Perhaps I shouldn’t have gone on national burger day. The burger was good but it and the fries weren’t up to the normal 5 star experience. Both myself and my son found it to be not as good as we remember. The staff is pleasant. Beware of when you go, parking next to BJ’s can be a challenge when they are also busy.

I go to this place daily with the SmashPass and it is well worth the visit. I am always greeted with a smile and they never complain when I use coupons… I love using coupons. Do the survey on the receipt trust me. Takes 2 minutes while you wait for your juicy burger to show up. The Oreo shake isn’t bad either. I get the buffalo and blue cheese which should be investigated if you like wings. I normally dislike blue cheese but the buffalo sauce mixes nicely with the blue cheese to form a perfect lunch. Eat responsibly.
