Didn’t eat but played pool. There are tons of tables and the people were so nice. This will be one of our regular places to visit when we are in town. However, for a bar it is pretty bright in there.

Came here out of boredom, in search of cheap beer. Was not disappointed. Can’t beat $2 bottles of Miller Lite during happy hour.
Definitely a locals bar. I’m introverted and from out of town. It felt like everyone was staring at me when I walked in the door. Barmaid seemed nice enough. They allow smoking, and I’m OK with that. The place is huge. Lots of pool tables, a few coin-op dartboards and gambling machines, a jukebox, a stage, and a snack vending machine (the only food I saw offered here).
I’m honestly not much of a bar person or a pool player, I just wanted to get out for a bit. This was fine.

New location is much bigger, smoke not as bad, better ventilation. FREE POOL ON SATURDAYS!! 14 pool tables (8 diamonds, 6 valleys)APA and UPA leagues, darts (dart league on Monday nights), poker UPSTAIRS 3 nights a week. Low drink prices. Live music on the weekends and kareoke on Wednesday nights. Super fun!

We were vacationing from New Orleans and I told the bartender Brittany (which was awesome) that I wished i could move this bar there. It checked all of the boxes for us… bad ass pool tables, smoking inside, great band, good sized shots and great drinks and all-round great atmosphere. I couldn’t brag about another bar as much as I’m bragging about this one.

If I could give the bartender a 5 star I would. I don’t think she knew what was going on. This is not about the bartender. I walked in and was disrespected as soon I sat down with my husband. From across the way a man with a hat and blue shirt was blowing me kisses. As if I didn’t walk in with my husband. Another African American man was smiling at me. Thankfully. I’m very aware of my surroundings. A young lady walks up to us. She’s like you’re so pretty. They won’t mess with you. You will be ok. I’m like who’s they? She kept staring at my with an evil eye necklace. She asked me for my name and walked away. She went to sit down with the guy with the blue shirt. As if I don’t understand what you’re doing with your spirit. Im blessed to have god on my side. I don’t accept negative energy. A heavy set man came up talking to me throwing racial comments as if I was a fool and didn’t understand. I told him we don’t speak Spanish and he kept going, proceeded to tell my husband I’ve never seen a PBR shirt. Sir, maybe you should get some new clothes! I didn’t feel safe at all. I understand im from out of town but you can’t just come up to someone you don’t know start pretending like you’re funny as I catch your racism. I might not be as nice as I was giving bc I’m not in my town and I was trying to respect. I’ve NEVER felt so uncomfortable in a hole in a bar til this day. When I tell you I travel and support bars in different states and cities. I love it. This had to be the worse experience. As we walked out I see all the man walk up to eating me alive. As if they’ve never seen a women before. I understand my body type is not the usual and my race. Someone yelled out gracias. Get with the times! Yall are a mixed crowed and racist. It’s giving mental issues not to even mentioned alcoholic. If you want to roll back your cameras 5/17 at 1-2am after reading reviews it seems as if this is a racist bar. I will not be coming back. As I sit here a re thinking of buying my next home here to help the community. It seems as if I’m not welcome.

Stopped in late on a Thursday afternoon, just another local dive bar with lots of Pool tables…not many patrons this time of day, but seems like it would be fun later at night with live music. Smoky (as a good dive bar should be) and great beer prices… will definitely plan on coming back again
