There was an army of ladies larping behind the counter as employees but there wasn’t much going on to have orders ready on time. I drove 10 plus minutes there to get a simple order and nobody thought to print the order from the delivery portal until I got there then they fumbled over that. it’s nice of Panera to give charity pay checks to their monster labor force with little to no accountability. Perhaps I’ll quit driving and working hard and just come here and hold the counter up all day.

Coffee was very tasty. Met there with an old friend to catch up. Very clean and atmosphere was cordial. I didn’t know you could ask for a ceramic coffee cup if staying there and that was a nice little detail that was enjoyed over a cardboard cup!

Always super slow for door dashes. Past 3 orders had to stand 15 minutes past pickup time. We are workers too and seems like our orders are never priority here. Do better.

$30 for two bowls of velveeta shells and cheese fresh from the microwave and two drinks. Out of baguettes today, too. A bread company out of bread. Fantastic inventory management. Dining room is nasty. Food all over the floor, filthy tables, seats and dividers. Sign on the counter that says “only kiosk orders”. Employees ignore you until you read the sign. Kiosks are filthy. Bowls had crusted food from the last sad suckers who ate here on them. Silverware was disgusting. My daughter said “look dad I can peel off the old food from my bowl”. I’m pretty sure I will never eat here again because it’s a breeding ground for disease and infection. I hope I can stay out of the hospital after this visit.

Normally don’t make reviews about chains but they need to know that their location needs major improvement. The dining room is always dirty with trash and food thrown everywhere. I just ordered a half sandwich and chips and ended up paying $9 for a quarter sandwich with a tiny bag of chips. Management needs to get it together, do their job, and actually care about the customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

Always have to watch what you order here! Thought that ordering the teriyaki chicken with broccoli warm bowl would be a safe bet, but NOPE! Chicken is dark meat (which should be clearly stated on the menu, but it’s not), chewy, and stringy. I wouldn’t mind that much if it wasn’t so expensive. My fiancé said his avocado chicken sandwich was okay and the mac and cheese was fine, but come on, it’s mac and cheese

Food felt overpriced but the taste was decent. My biggest complaint is that it looked like a dump inside. Trash on the floors, torn up seats, and going to the bathroom you could tell it’s been a while since the toilets had last been cleaned. Overall a gross experience.

Spent $75.00 and we had missing sandwiches, a chicken sandwich ordered had NO chicken in it, The begets were thrown in the bag laying in pieces everywhere. Worst company EVER, with no pride in their work at ALL! Oh and MELISSA THE “SHIFT MANAGER” could care in the least! Good luck to you.
