This is absolutely the best Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. I wish I wasn’t just stopping through. The women working this past Tuesday could not have been more kind or accommodating. Really made the place feel like a local shop and not a chain, I was so impressed. Also the sandwiches were made quickly and were delicious. KUDOS!

Guys, it’s a chain sub shop. You know what to expect and you know what you are getting. Where this place sets itself apart is with the care they take building your sandwich and the quality of ingredients! My wife and I got subs today and we have visited several jersey Mike’s locations all over the East Coast and this is by far the best sandwich we have ever had at one! The lady that built our sub today was an absolute sandwich artist! And the staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant itself is clean and smelled fresh. It was a very positive experience! I love the Oak Island sub shop, but they were closed today and you know what, Jersey Mike’s hit! We will now be back! You got me Southport Jersey Mikes!

This is probably one of the nicer Jersey Mike’s locations out there. Usually they are pretty consistent and decent, but this one has something different about it in a good way, especially when it comes to customer service and the overall atmosphere. The staff was friendly and made the experience feel more personal. The subs were solid as always, and the cookies are really good as well. Overall, it stands out from other locations.

Jersey Mike’s… You were once great, and consistent, and decently priced. More often than not tho, your food and service are disappointing, especially from this location. From stale hard bread, to skimpy little portions, to forgotten items and incorrect orders, and for way to much money. You couldn’t even follow through with a return call from your manager, like someone told me over the phone, when I called about your mess ups on my $11 Sub in a tub. Ridiculous. Publix from now on.

Ordered 2 steak and cheese subs. Within 15 min of eating them felt nauseous and have been sick for 3 days now. Also ordered an Italian sub the individual who ate that was fine but, I also ordered the chicken cheese steak and the individual who ate that immediately upon finishing thier food was in the bathroom. The steak and cheese subs tasted fine but, something was definitely off here and for 3 days it has been bad for me.

We paid $60 for 1 giant cheesesteak, 1 regular cheesesteak, 1 mini ham and cheese, 2 fountain drinks, 1 bottle drink, 1 bag of chips and 1 box of 3 cookies plus tip. I’m sorry but what?! I would expect to pay that for a sit down meal with a server not fast food.

I paid 14$ for bread n mushrooms. They was barely any steak. The appearance was of a shrunken wrap. The steak n cheese used to be cut in half with the contents overflowing.
